      On 11/3/2022 I called and canceled my 4 programs with American Water Resources. As of 2/10/2023 they continue to withdraw money from my bank account. I spoke with a senior supervisor and she agreed they owe me a refund. Now this company is saying I canceled on 2/10/2023 and I can not get transferred to another supervisor. I give this company zero stars. They are not honest & trustworthy.

      No, a customer service team member has NOT reached out to me. I canceled my 4 policies on 11/3/2022. You withdrew money from my banking account on 11/10/2022, 12/10/2022, 1/10/23 & 2/10/2023. I am requesting a full refund. Thank you.

      I've been trying to resolve a water line claim issue for 44 days. The first contractor declined tge job. I waited four days before tge sevond contractor came.bThey reduced my benefits by $350 before they even sent a contractor. I went ten days without waterl The contractor said he never received the $350 AWR has been unable to tell me where the money went. Emails to the appropriate claims department have gone unanswered for almost a month. The reps I have spoken with have a poor command of the English language and hang up when you ask to speak to a supervisor. After 40 years' experience in Financial services, this is the worst experience I have ever had. It's frustrating that no one will help.

      Their insurance requires you to pay additional money for a service already covered by that insurance.
      Our water heater broke. In order to get a new water heater I was told I would have to pay an additional $325.00 for a plumber to put the new heater in. I asked if I could buy the heater myself & submit my receipt for reimbursement since I was told my insurance covered up to $1,000 & my husband would install it. When I refused to pay the $325.00, they just closed my claim & said there was nothing they could do.

      I've Been Contacting American Water Solution Company For A Year Or More Trying To Resolve An Paid For Insurance Plain That Keeps Being Swept Underneath The Rug.
      Payment's Are Still Being Made. I've Talked With American Water Solution Numerous Times And Most Of The Representative's Day That They're Waiting For A Completed Written Proposal From This Company By The Name Of Merlo Plumbing Company My Claim Number Is 723019. I Haven't Gotten Phone Calls Back From Management Each Time I Had Asked For One. I Just Want The Work Done As My Contact Listed.
      In Regards To My Complaint If Not Resolved I Request A Full Refund.
      From The Beginning Of My Contact To Date That's Issued By The BBB.

      I signed up for the In-Home Plumbing coverage. When I called to request a plumber I was transferred to six different customer service agents and two hours later did not have an appointment scheduled. The agents were inept -- this includes the supervisor. If this is any indcation of the service should there be a big problem, this was no company to work with so I cancelled my coverage.
      The water company is separate from the insurance company and plays ignorant in being able to assist.
      My recommendation -- DO NOT TAKE OUT THE IN=HOME OR SEWAGE COVERAGE OFFERED BY AMERICAN WATER.

      After years of paying for Water/Sewer protection, contacting this company for services needed for major repair of the sewer line was unanswered. Also, after providing all information asked to open a claim, the conversation ended after debit card information was given without verification the claim was opened or assigned. Iwas put on hold and then the call was lost. Consequently I cancelled the card. I then spoke with a supervisor who assured me that a claim was opened and I would hear from the contractor that day. A contractor never called. I approached using their website and was met with "We're sorry, we are having difficulty verifying your account information."

      I have had the worst experience with this company. First they gave me the run around for 3 months about replacing my sewer line. They kept sending out His and Hers Plumbing who also was giving us half service. But finally they approved the work and the The company they hired to do the sewer line replacement did a half job and not a month after they claim the replaced the line same issues. Here we are 6 months after we still going back and forth with them. There so called escalation team members C***** ******** has been no help. He tells the work has been approved by them to come out and redo the work I call Hers and His plumbing and they say the know nothing about an approval. So after 6 months of this I came out my pocket to get the line replaced to find that they never replaced anything all Hers and His plumbing technician Howard and his Supervisor did was cut small portions of the line and added parts of PVC pipes inside the old clay pipes. Now that I am getting it replaced correctly I see that there is still large blockage from roots in my pipes. This one the most unprofessional companies and they have no issues lying to you and giving you the run around

      ON 2/11/22 AMERICAN WATER RESOURCES OFFERED ME A THREE FOLD COMBO SPECIAL PROMOTION FOR WATERLINE,/SEWERLINE WITH IN HOME PLUMBING COVERAGE. FOR WHICH I PAID $230,30 WITH MY MASTERCARD.ON 2/11/22. IN RETURN FOR THIS PAYMENT I WAS TO BE REFUNDED MY PREVIOUS PAYMENTS OF $358.14. TO THIS DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED D MY REFUND.I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THIRTEEN TIMES BETWEEN 3/10/22 AND 2/02/23.ON APPROIMATELY SEVEN OF THOSE CALLS I WAS TOLD THAT THE COMPUTER NOTES INDICATED THAT MY REFUND WAS TO BE MAILED OUT.. ON MY FOURTH CALL ON 6/22/22 I WAS TOLD THAT THE THE REFUND CHECK WAS CASHED. I MOST EMPHATICALLY DENIED HAVING RECIEVED THE CHECK. THE NEXT SEVEN CALLS WERE COSISTENTLY OBSURD.

SHE EXPLAINED THAT SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK WITH A RESPONSE..ON 2/09/23 SHE CALLED TO SAY THE REFUND CHECK WAS IN THE MAIL AND TO PLEASE CALL HER WHEN CHECK RECIEVED.
