1 starRATE SCAM! I received a renewal reminder via e-mail 60 days prior to the date of renewal. It said NO ACTION REQUIRED. In the next line, it stated the date of renewal and the NEW RATE of ****** per year. Having paid ****** for the previous year's policy I was surprised. (no claim made) I went to the website and the home page has three programs, and mine was right there, for $******! I called and spoke to someone about this and she agreed that as advertised I should get that price and she had no knowledge of why the rate hike was automatically placed on my account. However, she needed to send me to a supervisor and would I hold the line for a few minutes. I declined. I find this practice DECEPTIVE! I then called my homeowners policy to find out that I can add the same coverage to my existing policy for $100. Don't buy this policy if you can add it to your existing plan. And, when anyone tells you that you don't need to take any action, think again!

1 starI have a big complain, they sold me a coverage for electrical inside my house, that I been paying for years. When I call them back in September 2022 for the services they don't have any electrical company that work in my area. They approve for me to contact and ******************* that I will have to pay, then send them the invoice a reimbursement. After many calls the representative told me that everything was approved, to expect my reimbursement form 7 to 15 days, this was back in October 2022. As todays date I am still waiting. They send me some forms for me to complete again, which I sent them again. Now I have to wait between 30 or 40 days to get reimburse.Today I called to put a claim, and they can not process the claim due that I owe $5.99 for a payment back in October 2022 for one of the other coverages in a water line.First the withdraw my account every month and the card they have have plenty funds. The very next day they withdraw $6.99 for another coverage. So it was there mistake if they punch the wrong numbers.Anyway I think is a Froud to sell a coverage that the can not provide. I will be talking to a Lawyer regarding this matter.***********************, *******, **American Water Resources, LLC

5 starsI have called repeatedly about a refund. I called about a problem but it resolved itself. I did not have anyone come out. I keep hearing the same thing from them that they will take care of it but nothing has happened. No refund. It's been 6 weeks.American Water Resources, LLC

1 starThey are a scam, please do not waist your good earn money. Their customer service is terrible, and I only had a question for them. All I wanted was my customer number to register online. It has taken me 5 calls and 2 hours and I still don't have it. I ended up canceling and requesting a refund. Not sure if I will be getting the refund back! I do not want anyone from American Water Resources to call me, just send me my refund back. Please do not respond with Hi *****. 1 starthis company is REALLY AWFUL. I DO NOT recommend this insurance company. a) they don't answer their phones on a timely basis. I held for 2.5 HOURS on one occasion and then was disconnected. I've called over one dozen times and have either had to hold for more than 30 minutes and/or was disconnected without a call back.b) I have filed 2 claims for the same address and HAVE HAD TO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT the paperwork was received . It was mailed 60 days ago and 15 days ago respectively.c) their representatives do NOT speak English as their first language so they are quite difficult to understand.d) I contacted the President's ****** per the link on their website and have had to response.e) I was told they take 4 to 6 WEEKS to review a claim.f) they do not have contractors in my area so after having a sewer line failure, I had to find and hire my own contractor. I have paid for monthly coverage for my sewer line for over 6 years.American Water Resources, LLC

I have NOT HAD MY CLAIM PAID OR RESOLVED. i was contacted by ***************************** however the issues are NOT RESOLVED. 1. I was told I would be reiumbursed for claim #1 for $610 within 7 days of January 11 and I have received no reiumbursement 2. I was told that my second claim for $15,555 was approved last Wed January 18 and that I would receive an email confirming this. I HAVE NOT.3. I have tried reaching ***************************** last Thursday 1/19, left a message on 1/20 called this morning at 8:30am 1/23 and again this afternoon and am getting no response. These claims were submitted in November 2022 and in December 2022 and are STILL NOT HANDLED.Review fromWendy R

3 starsOn October 19th,2022, I called for service. We resolved the problem ourselves and I immediately called back to cancel the claim. Two months have gone by and, after numerous phone calls to your customer rep center, no refund has been issued as of yet. I keep on hearing the same excuse..."I've escalated the claim". Your service is terrific but customer service in regards to my refund is not. Very disappointing! All I want is my charge for service call that was never made refunded.
