      Gutterman sold their gutter cleaning business to Ned Stevens, which has a very different business model. They try to get your business. Yet they never contact the customer to let them know approximately when they will come. Once they popped in when I was trying to clean out my garage. I had boxes around that I had just cleaned, and Ned Stevens guys blew indiscriminately into those boxes, and I had to entirely do a re-cleaning. The next time they arrived when I was in a nursing facility being treated for a knee infection after a total knee replacement. I called them and told them I did not think I should be charged when I was unaware of them coming to do any work. I thought the matter was settled only to find they not only charged me but added some finance charges. I will NEVER have Ned Stevens come to my house again. I think they are close to being a scam. If you are someone who wants businesses to just take care of you automatically, they would be fine. I am not one of those people.

      I and my family have been customers of ********************** (Now called Neds Home I think) since 2008. *** never had a complaint. Theyve worked with me through good economic times and bad. They worked with me on pricing when my husband unexpectedly passed, and, one March visit after he died they very kindly helped me remove the Christmas lights we had to leave up for a year. (I had no ability to remove them and *** Stevens crew did it gratis.!!)Likewise theyve helped me replace my outdoor spotlights. This company and its crews believe in old-fashioned building old-fashioned good will with its customers and THAT is what keeps customers loyal. Ive had them vacuum out my vents, clean my gutters 4Xs a year since 2008, clean my roof once of ****/algae stains and, two years ago they worked with me on pricing to install brand-new gutters on my home.They did a very nice install!Needless to say Ive been very very pleased with their services.Thank you, *** Stevens!

      I have been using this company for two years, for twice a year gutter cleanings. The problem is that they call you every day of the year trying to either sell you services you already refused, or new services. I wonder how many people take them up on their constant harassment offers? Asking them to stop does no good. Even if you cancel your service, you will still get harassed. They restrict their numbers so that you can't block them, but constantly leave voice mail messages. Never give them your phone number! Clean gutters are not worth the harassment penalty.

      This is a predatory company. They show up to your house without your consent or scheduling service. They spam text messages to your phone the day after you call them to cancel services that you had previously cancelled years prior. If you aren't home, they will do work on your house regardless of if you signed up for it, and then charge you for it.Terrible company. Would not recommend.

      Used them for gutter cleaning of a summer home. They called me and told me I needed new flashing and some gutter repairs. They charged me $1600. for the flashing and repairs however they didn't replace the flashing. I don't live there so I rely on them to do an honest job. Luckily someone I know called and told me that they didn't do a complete job. They are refunding me $700.00 but only after my insistence that job was not completed. I feel like they are scammers and should be looked into.

      Ive been very happy with the services that *** has provided for us. They have taken care of keeping our gutters clean as well as yearly cleaning our dryer vent. They are reliable, professional and quick to Respond. I definitely recommend using their services.

      If i could give 0 I would, super shady business practice. They won't come to give an estimate, when they get to you to do the work they don't understand what the project is, and when you attempt to explain it they say "oh never mind we cant do it". The *** I originally spoke with was more than willing to do it and even looked at the house on ****** maps, but all of a sudden they cant do it.

      Absolute wonderful company to do business with. From *****, who came out to do our estimate, to *** that kept us updated when the crew would be out. To the crew that came out and cleaned up like they were never here. I would totally recommend them.
