      Just had Neds Siding Wash out, and wow what a difference! My siding was looking dull and grimy, and now its sparkling clean. They even cleaned my brick front! Super professional team and no damage from harsh power washing. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about giving their homes exterior a refresh.

      *** Stevens came out to clean my patio. My patio is 15 years old. The patio color had changed and was darker with some **** and mold. Tried a few times to clean it with expensive cleaners and it just got darker and a mess. After *** Stevens cleaned my patio it looks band new. The guys were professional, went right to work and did an excellent job. Please let your workers know how much I am appreciating their work!

      It took a while for *** S to get here to clear our gutters - but that was not their fault - we had tons of rain!! when they got here to do the job, they were wonderful - Everything is great!!

      *** Stevens sent a gutter cleaning crew even though, on a phone call with a representative, we had already discussed that I wasn't ready to schedule a date for service. When I called to complain the representative explained that it was a system error, but never apologized. Instead she went into a hard-sell to get me to stay-on as a customer. Since becoming a "full-service" business they have become quite aggressive in their sales tactics.

      ********** I'm certainly not interested in helping your business, nor being a customer any longer. Why would I want to take the time to have one of your managers contact me? The aggressive sales tactics you have in place are part of your business model and I have no doubt that you are aware of them.For anyone reading this, *** Stevens has changed to a subscription model (like most other service businesses out there). The goal is to hook you into a recurring plan. If you want them to come on an as-needed (non-subscription) basis the fee is significantly higher than if you subscribe. However, their subscription "deal" is still higher than most local services' one-time fee -- at least in my area of southern ** -- and you don't get the option of picking the timing. So, if your gutters are in good shape you still will have a gutter crew coming out. They will give you a text about 2 minutes before their arrival so that you don't have time to cancel/delay the ********** consumers, we are better off with as-needed gutter service than recurring, 2-4 times a year, subscription "deals" that *** Stevens offers.

      Total Scam! *** Stevens charged me $167 for gutter cleaning that was never done. I have a Ring camera that recorded them taking the ladder off the truck then walking around taking pictures of the house, and putting the ladder back on the van. This was a total of 6 minutes time. No work was done. They faked it and billed me. ***** this company at all costs.

      THE YOUNG men do a very thorough job of cleaning the gutters, also reconnected the attachment to the downspout cleaned up properly I was glad to have such a good cleaning, new roof installed last year

      Had previously used them for their gutter cleaning so I decided to engage their services for a gutter installation. Technician ripped up the drip edge upon removal, requiring me to have to call out my roofers to replace to maintain warranty on my roof. Didn't finish the job as the fascia on rear of house was rotted out. Had to arrange another company to come repair & wrap the fascia, doubling the cost of install. It's been over a month since the gutters were supposed to be installed and I have 50ft piece of gutter in my yard and no gutters on the rear of my house. Overall, combined with a charge from a dryer cleaning that was never done, NedHomes has cost me an extra $1600. I've lived in *** for 30 years and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for any service they provide.
