  They said the mold from the dripping from the gutters they installed would stop with a piece of metal. It didn't, and now it is a hassle to get them to understand and get them to some get this resolved without their staff from intentionally damaging my roof that I can't see them work on. They don't return emails. They don't honor their 1 year warranty. They install things that are useless and don't solve the problem.

They do not respond to emails. Even though the contract says they guarantee their work for 1 year, they simple don't respond when you point out that they failed. They do not seem to have expertise in understanding rain and water issues with regard to gutters and the roof. So far refuses to give me back my money.

  Had a great experience using their gutter cleaning services. The customer service rep was friendly and able to book me an appointment for the following week. Their team came and everything was done by the time I was home from work. Great job!

  Great company! They showed up right on time for our appointment and were courteous and professional. They cleaned our gutters efficiently and properly cleaned up the debris after they were done. We were very pleased with their services.

  I recently had my gutters cleaned and I must say, I'm impressed with the quality of their work. The team arrived on time and was very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. They took great care in ensuring that the job was done properly and efficiently. The gutters are now spotless and the water flows smoothly.   *** Stevens acquired the gutter cleaning company we used for years - without notification. They showed up unannounced, did nothing other than fuddle around with a ladder pretending to set it up and then left in 5 mins. Guess they didnt realize we were home watching and taping. We receive postcards weekly advertising all they can do - gutter cleaning, power washing, all while you are NOT home. Dont fall for it - if youre getting work done on your home, BE THERE. But, no matter what, dont hire *** Stevens. This so called company is a racket.

  The pricing was reasonable and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of work and level of customer service provided. They did a thorough job of cleaning out my gutters and even went above and beyond by cleaning up the debris that had fallen on my patio and driveway. They also inspected my gutters for any damage and provided me with a detailed report of their findings.
