I called customer support today, July 22nd, 2026 (my 2nd call for this company) and REMOVEDfor me is not a good customer support - inpatient, unprofessional, rude.. I ended the call right away. I will just call some other time so other customer care will answer. REMOVEDdoes not embody the ideals of a customer associate. He does not show good values that your company reflected on my 1st call with REMOVEDon July 20th, 2026. REMOVEDis very patient, respectful and professional. REMOVEDdeserves an accolade than REMOVED. REMOVEDneeds retraining and should not raise his voice if a client (myself) does not understand a word or phrase. I believe that REMOVEDis not a good representation of your company. Thanks.

They are a ruthless monopoly that doesn't care about you or what you want. Their website is misleading and all they are trying to do is steal your money and avoid giving you what they are paid to. Proceed with caution and think diligently before every choice.

Worst organization I've ever dealt with in 5 years of operating my business. They act like a monopoly (even though they "technically" may not be one - it's impossible to tell), they waste your time, their systems are awful to deal with, they make it nearly impossible to cancel (you literally CAN'T CANCEL ONLINE!!! WTH!!!), and they are only open M-F. Wow - that's odd - I'm a solopreneur and I work 7 days a week but these people can't even answer the phone or an email on weekends. What is wrong with you? I will bash GS1 to every single business owner I speak with, forever. If I ever find a competitor of theirs, I will use them. In fact I may have to launch a competitor myself since these folks are so difficult and obviously corrupt. I hope their business collapses REMOVEDand all of their executives lose their jobs, homes, wives, sugar babies, etc. They deserve nothing good and I truly wish them the worst.

They are a non-profit monopoly that is actually greedy. Their customer support is solely limited to your membership and not actually with barcodes. They license numbers and their portal is horrible. My designer couldnt use the files so I had to pay a surcharge for him to get barcodes. I even noticed they dont actually link to BBB site, but have an image, which is totally not legit. REMOVEDLook at footer. I contacted a few of the solution companies and none got back to me.
