  DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! LeafGuard advertises in Church Bulletins and this is where I saw their ad. I should have read all the negative comments posted on the Better Business Bureau site, but I didn't. BIG MISTAKE. I purchased ******************** in October, 2021. Have had trouble ever since -- especially in the Spring when birds would get into the gutters, and build nests. I paid $10, 372 for these gutters and have now replaced them.I started to call to In June, 2023 to see what could be done. After 15 calls to the ************** office (and 2 visits from them to inspect the gutters, they said that this was a problem with their gutters and to call every year and they would come out and clean them.) I hope other senior citizens see this complaint - and read many other complaints - and NEVER use this company. In my opinion, they are dishonest and I don't understand how they are still in business. BUYER BEWARE!

  I had ******* LeafGuard gutters and downspouts installed because they have a lifetime no clog warranty. I have a clog in a gutter that is too high for me to safely reach so I requested warranty service. Requests were sent to LeafGuard Holdings and to ******* and have not received any repsonse. I would like the guarantee be honored and have the gutter cleaned.

  We had gutters installed in 2020. We never received ANY paperwork. Once we finally figured out the company, I left a message to have someone come out. No one responded and I had to call again. Once the guy came out, he told me the gutters werent installed properly. There was a clog because they werent installed correctly. And it would cost $540 to have them fix the clog THAT THEY CAUSED.

  Leafguard system installed several years ago. Included lifetime guarantee regarding leaking, plugging up, not draining. For the past couple of years the gutters have been filling up, over flowing, draining down the walls, etc. Have called the local and national phone numbers and sent email several times. Receptionist tells me repeatedly that I will be contacted within 24 hours but I have NEVER received a return response.

  We had them install on are house with nothing but trouble on both of are porches are covered and have water issues the water is coming right over the gutters , so after several call finally got someone out her and them the gentleman proceeded to tell me that being we have a cover over are deck in the back that they would have to put a additional piece in front to catch the water because where the water comes down is dry and not flowing over the top and into the gutter and I told him that it sure funny that when we had just regular gutter we had no problem with water on the porches. Them we had a small leak in one part on the back of the gutter and he proceed to tell me that we always had that leak which we did not after that I told him to get off my property . I sorry we ever put in these gutters ****** dollars later. If anyone considering these gutter think twice.

  Leaf Guard installed our No Clogging, guaranteed to never clog or we will clean your gutters for free system. It cost almost $7,000, a financial decision we made, based on advertising, demonstration and salesperson convincing that Leaf Guard is the best system of all. The only one that offers a custom made one-piece gutter that will never clog. Well, all was fine for a few years until the clog ended up being a birds nest, not only once, but twice within a few months. The gap that Gutter Guard creates on the side of their gutter system will allow birds to carry material for building their nest into the gutter, therefore, creating pretty large clogs. Those birds are pretty smart! Sure, Leaf Guard will come out to your house and stick their hand into the custom made gap, pulling out the bird nest material a little at a time. I believe there is no foolproof guarantee no clog system. What irks me is all the deceiving advertising that their system is the best and comes with a very hefty price tag!

  Stay far away from this company. They prey on the elderly and the sales team will not take no for an answer. **************** is an understatement. When not if you have any issues. Good luck having this horrible company honor your warranty. These guys will literally damage your home to install they're inferior product. Stay far far away from these guys!

  In 2021 I paid LeafGuard $13,500 to install new ********************* I explained to the salesman that water was coming off the roof & freezing on my cemented walkway by the front door; he said hed make sure that didnt happen with the new gutters/downspouts. The installers put a downspout in the middle of the garage door (on the cement) so instead of water freezing next to my front door walkway, it was freezing in front of the garage. (Right after ** installed the gutters in 2021 I had to call them on 3 occasions to correct mistakes; they would come & assess the problem and fix it.) My contractor who was doing inside work to accommodate my husband who couldnt walk, told me that ** should not have moved the location of the downspout and that I should tell them to put it back where it was at 1st. I had him write it down for me and he did. I relayed the information to ** in emails and texts; I called them many times and they kept giving me the runaround. After I sent a letter to their headquarters they came out on 9-22-23 and fixed the problem but charged me $1,502.18 to fix their mistake. I was afraid that if someone falls on the ice we could be sued. They should not have charged me for something they did wrong. It appears that they are taking advantage of senior citizens.

  Got new gutters from them. They installed it and didn't tell us until after that some of our soffit joist is rotting and didn't add the fascia before the gutters. When they removed the old gutters it destroyed some of the old soffits. Now we have a new gutter hanging on old broken rotting soffits joist. All thanks to a sales rep that doesn't have the to eye spot it out before and address it out to us. Instead trying to make a quick of a sale as possible. Now they want more money for them to fix a problem that they should have known about prior beforehand if they any professionalism for their work.

  Still having problems with their product as it does NOT let the rain water flow---IT COMES OVER THE GUTTERS So far leaf guard has said it is because of algae (clean your gutters -which they don't do) , new roof (another $10,000----DONE),Drains (another $4,000---done) STILL DO NOT DO AS ADVERTISED!!!!!!!! Now the line is --your facia is bad--Their trained *********************** could not see this Their rep says TOO BAD IT IS YOUR HOMES FAULT OUR PRODUCT ISN'T WORKING Maybe you should get a new home--these are ok on ****** other homes I DON'T CARE ABOUT ****** OTHER HOME I WANT MINE FIXED RIGHT OR MY MONEY FOR THESE THINGS REFUNDED THEY DO NOT WORK They must not be installed right and I have been told again that if I need them to work I will need to put out more money---Sounds like a shakedown to me I am out of money to get these things to work
