I am rejecting this response because:
******* who I reached out to doesnt offer a solution, just a generic response .On my own I had to figure out a way to utilize the c/c .. it is not a TRUE digital Credit Card as they state on their website.
Had to spend a lot of time & energy to find out how to utilize their c/c

We understand your frustration with the restrictions that prepaid cards can have on various websites. We want to assure you that this limitation is not unique to the cards we sent and is a common practice across many online platforms. Prepaid cards, like any other form of payment, may have certain limitations and restrictions that are beyond our control.Initial Complaint

i sent them 14 gift cards on august 3, 2023 all ranging from $50 to $20. they offered me a payment of $326. i got no payment or update at all and every time i checked it said "reviewing". after 3 weeks i contact them to ask what is going on. the following day they email me saying they declined my cards and they will be sent back. today 8/29/23 i recieved only 5 of my original 14 cards back. not only did they steal my other 9 cards, but they stole the money off of the cards they returned to me. each card had a $50 balance ( i checked every card before sending), but were returned with balances of $1.74, $2.56, $4.15, $1.21, and $0. They are crooks and not to be trusted. i should have listened to other reviews but i still took a chance. i want my gift cards back and my balances returnedBusiness Response

I listed a $250 REI gift card on CardCash and was told I would be paid about $197 for it. Order number was *******. A couple days later, CardCash canceled the transaction. I did not sell the gift card in any other way; it has been in my possession the whole time. But I just checked the balance and the balance is now $24.31. I just want the payment I was promised, the $197. I have no idea how this happened.Business Response

Our internal processes have flagged discrepancies in the balance of the Rei card, indicating that the card does not match the expected values. We understand that situations like these can be unexpected and frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
In order to promptly resolve this matter, we kindly request that you get in touch with the source from which you obtained these cards.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: the card had a $250 value when I gave the information to CardCash. The only way its value could have been diminished is if CardCash sold the item to someone who used it. I purchased the card directly from REI. That is why I expect to be paid by CardCash, which obviously did something with the card.

Hi,
The Rei gift card has not been released to inventory. CardCash does not have access to use the gift card. We recommend you reach out to the merchant to resolve this matter.

On August 16th 2023 at 7:11 PM while in a BasProShop I've purchased $920.69 worth of gift cards (8 cards) on ******** mobile app, for a in-store purchase I wanted to make. Within minutes I received the order #*******. In that order there were two $200 gift cards. Upon receiving the email with the cards I went to the store clerk that was handling my paperwork and within a half hour we finished the paperwork and proceeded to payment. So total time could have not been longer than 40 minutes. When the store clerk scanned the first $200 gift card, he noticed that there were only $113.56 instead of $200 as displayed on the card, so I reported the discrepancy right there on the spot on the app. When he scanned the second $200 card, it came in as "Insufficient funds". I also reported the issue right there on the spot on the CardCash app as with the previous card. We had to cancel the transaction and check the balance of the cards on the Bass Pro Shop website. The clerk confirmed that the values were not as in the email and funds were missing. I had to cancel the transaction and go home empty-handed until I can resolve the issue with CardCash. Called the company but at 8 PM it was after hours. Called the customer service the next day and got the runaround. Needless to say how frustrating it is to not be able to close the transaction the night before, but now I'm $364 out of pocket, no products purchased and I'm suspect of being a criminal by the company. The customer reps are sending ridiculous questions in email communication such as "What was the error message in the store?" well, I reported that very message in the app within an hour of purchasing the card. That is not a genuine attempt to resolve the issue and the fact that I've lost the product and $364 to their lack of due diligence. They state that they have a "45 days" guaranty, but it has to be false advertising when they cannot resolve a case that was reported to them within 45 minutes of the purchase. I was attempting to sell my $50 Olive ******* $25 Zoes Kitchen, $25 Craftwork and $100 ********************** gift cards for cash online and accepted cardcash.coms offer to be delivered to my PayPal account within ***** hours. I gave cardcash.com the requested gift card numbers, expiration dates and codes along with my PayPal information so that they could make a one time refundable $1 verification charge immediately. After the first 24 hours I started checking my PayPal account and found that the transaction was still pending so I checked again after 48 then 72 hours and finally after 5 plus days I called both PayPal and cardcash.com I successfully. PayPal couldnt give me any assistance as to the status of the transaction and I got the run around repeatedly from cardcash.com as my account with them mysteriously disappeared in conjunction with the funds on my gift cards also disappearing. The cardcash.com representatives were hostile, refused to provide their names to me and angrily denied cardcash.com taking the funds from my gift cards that after their requests were the only ones that I had given my gift cards information to. I was and still am desperate for money and cardcash.com stole my money and hopes and nothing is being done about it which is why they are so blatantly committing this crime.Business Response

I sold several gift cards with no issue to CardCash. The last 3 cash took a lengthy time to get back with me on. One said suspected fraud and one CardCash did not even bother to give me an answer after 5 days of waiting. The company has its customer service based in another country and it is impossible to get through to the corporate office even if you contact local county or city government offices. I think there should be some way of resolving a complaint with an **************** by talking to an **************** My advice is to stay away from this *************Business Response
