      On 12/21/2023 I purchased a online gift card for Zales from CardCash for ******. When I went to use the gift card at Zales it was being rejected. When I then used the check balance on the Zales website I was being told it was a zero balance. I have contacted this business multiple times to get a refund where they guarantee a 45 day warranty I have not been refunded my money.

      On December 26, 2023 I submitted $150 in gift card balances to this company. According to their website, it states that gift cards go through a review process that takes ***** hours, and payments are sent within one day after that. Once I had communicated with customer service that it had been over 3 days and I still had not received any communication and my gift cards had not been reviewed, the agent told me she understood I wanted my money but that they were still reviewing and that they were getting through them that day. It's been an additional 3 days since that conversation and I've still received no communication and no change in review status. In the meantime, they required that I give them my credit card information, personal information, and they have full access to both gift card balances in full and I cannot use. Their promised time frames are completely inaccurate and misleading and I don't know why they must take your credit card information and put a hold on it to, according to them, "prevent fraud," but then take over a week to review the balance that you no longer can use and they don't pay you for any of it. So now I'm out $150, they have my credit card on file, and all my personal information and I'm afraid I'm not going to get any of this back. I've communicated my concerns two additional times and nobody has responded.

      On November 23, 2023 I paid $249 for gift cards. The order number is ******* Some of them were delivered electronically which is fine. The problem I have is with the ones that were sent through the mail. I moved about a year and a half ago and my address is current with cardcash.com. I paid for the cards using the paypal option. Apparently, they use the address that is listed on paypal. I had not updated that address on paypal so they sent it to my old address. I don't think it's right for them to send it to address that is not on their file. To make it even worse though, right before checking out their website has the shipping address right there so you know where it will be shipped so I felt confident that it will be shipped to my new address since they literally were telling me that right before check out. If you are going to ship it using paypal's address I think that's fine as long as you update the shipping to let the customer know. I contacted them a few times regarding this and each time they tell me they won't fix their error.

      In mid November I placed an order on Card Cash.com to exchange 2 Sunoco gift cards valued at ***** (******) total for an Amazon gift card credit. Unfortunately, I did lose my order confirmation number, however when I reached out to customer service, they declined to help without my order number. Since the company was requiring to mail my physical cards to them, I also provided them with the tracking number that I had sent the cards certified mail which shows that they were delivered. I would like somebody to be able to help with the order, as now I have mailed ****** worth of gift cards to this company with nothing in return. I have a hard time believing that they can't help at all.

      On 12/25/23 I attempted to sell 2 gift card to Cardcash for the amount of *****. I was informed there would be a $1 hold on my card in order to sell the gift cards. I was told that the my cashapp card could not be accepted because it was a prepaid card, but they still charged my cashapp card. I then tried with my debit card and was *********** was declined, yet again I was charged $1. Why was I charged if Cardcash does not accept the card? This makes no sense.

      On 12/20/2023 I went on the CardCash website because I wanted to exchange a $100 ******* gift card for a **** gift card so that I would be able to use funds anywhere and not just *******. I called and checked the balance before I submitted the information to their website, it said the balance was $100, I did not purchase anything. They said that once approved, they would send me the steps to get my **** gift card via email. I put in my ******* gift card info into their system, and after 2 days they said they couldn’t accept my card. So I called the ******* gift card to check the balance and the balance was $0. I was devastated, but I knew I had been ripped off by this company.

      On September 10, 2023 I placed an order with card cash to trade in 3 gift cards from **** *** in exchange for ****** gift cards. Order # *******. I received an email a few days later saying the transaction was declined however they still removed all the money from my **** *** gift cards and did not provide me with the ****** gift cards in exchange. I had 3 **** *** gift cards of $100, $30 and $10 totaling $140. The balance was completely wiped out by your company and I did not receive the ****** gift cards in exchange. I want my $140 worth of **** *** gift cards returned to me. This company is a scam and steals peoples money.

      On the 11th of December I sold two ****** and ***** Gift cards to Cardcash(order *******). It is now December 13th and has been more than the advertised 48 hours. Now i Have logged on and one of the payouts for my $25 gift card ahs gone from ***** to $0. This is stealing.. Earleir today both gift cards had payout of ***** and either way I still have not recieved the payout inform of electronic master card on either of them. Please send me the total amount agreed to for both of the cards. thank you

      On 11/20/23 I sold a $75 Best Buy Gift Card to CardCash for $63.75. I've sold numerous gift cards to CardCash in the past with essentially no issues. On 12/7/23 I sold two $50 ($100 Total) Bath and Body Works gift cards for $40 a piece ($80 Total) to CardCash. Upon logging into my bank account I saw my payout was only for $16.25. I reached out to CardCash for an explanation for the reduced payout. I was told the Best Buy Gift Card I had sold on 11/20/23 was not active. The response I got was "The gift card you sold is no longer active. Please contact the merchant directly so they can check on this." So I contacted the merchant and was able to find out the gift card had in fact been used on 12/7/23 and that the balance was in fact now $0. This transaction occurred after CardCash had sold the gift card to a customer. Basically the customer purchased the gift card, drained it and then proceeded to report fraudulently to CardCash that the gift card was not active. And CardCash proceeded to take the money from me. I am only seeking the $63.75 that is still owed to me as I followed all CardCash rules and regs as I always have.

      Upon reviewing the transaction, we observed that the first Best Buy gift card you sold to ** experienced issues as the funds were removed by Best Buy. Consequently, when you sold another card to us, we deducted a corresponding amount to account for the discrepancy.

      I am rejecting this response because: Best Buy eGiftcards are not issued by Best Buy. They are issued by Cashstar. It's not possible for Best Buy to drain the gift cards as CardCash is claiming. The gift card was verified to have the correct value loaded onto it upon being sold to CardCash. Only after CardCash sold the gift card was it suddenly drained down to $0. I was able to confirm this by contacting Cashstar to confirm the gift card had in fact been used a day after CardCash had sold the gift card.

      On November,11,2023 I contacted the company to sell a 50$ Hame ero4 gift card and had followed the instructions on how to do so over that app called WhatsApp I contacted a person who represented the company in could provide me customer service in completing transaction to ensure they received The gift card and I would receive payment promptly, however that's not how the transaction ended up going as they received all the information and necessary items needed for the exchange of the gift card for payment yet I was never paid. I contacted the company on multiple other occasions to try to resolve the issue yet it has still gone unresolved and I have still not been paid for the gift card but the company has now either sold the gift card to another customer or has used the gift card itself as there is now a zero balance on it. I would like to receive $50 refund to my PayPal account which is where the original funding would have went upon being paid for the gift card, I have continued to reach out to the company to further try to resolve the issues and I have to get to be successful and completing the transaction or receiving any type of payment at all and the gift card that they received as a zero balance now as they have now sold or spent the amount available on the gift card themselves since receiving it. I am very frustrated and upset that I was not paid for the item in which they received when I was promised to receive payment promptly and for the fact that I have continued to reach out to them without any type of response at all from them on the matter It has been over a month and I still am without payment or any type of contact and return from the company to resolve the matter.
