  Ms WREMOVEDhas left 1-star reviews on BBB and Google (including 2 posts to Google), and has posted to NextDoor as well. Please find copy-pasted below my response on Google:
  Response #2 … We stand by our previous response outlining our process and how we approach proposals and complete tree work. It’s unfortunate the term “takin [sic] advantage of” is used, and again, we’re not clear Ms WREMOVEDexpertise in assessing our pricing of emergency work to safety rig then remove wood and weight off a house. We assessed the tree the morning of 8/1 after the evening storm 7/31 and had the work completed 8/1/24. I received calls from Mrs Muldoon 8/30, then I also spoke Mr Muldoon 8/30, and while it may appear to Ms WREMOVED4+ weeks after the work was completed that something was amiss, the proposal was considered with Mr Muldoon and my sales arborist the morning after the storm, we received a notice to proceed from Mr Muldoon, we completed the work, and we were promptly paid August 6 (for which we’re appreciative).
  Response #1 … We have never worked with Tricia WREMOVED, we're not aware who her "elderly grandparents" could be, and I'm not clear her expertise in determining whether a scope of work of which she isn't aware is accurately or inaccurately priced (“three times the amount they should have”(?)). Our process is fairly straightforward: 1. A potential client calls and asks for assistance with their tree(s); 2. We visit the property, meet with the owner(s), assess the situation, discuss expectations and priorities, and provide a proposal which outlines the scope of work and the price for the work; 3. The client can Accept or Reject our proposal; 4. If our proposal is Accepted to Active, we schedule the work, complete the work, and send an invoice; 5. Payment is tendered and we ask how we did. As can be seen with the vast majority of reviews, we do very good work across a broad range of tree issues, and we strive to be a trusted advisor on the pre-sales side and a cautious and safe crew on the implementation side. We’re asking Google to remove Ms WREMOVEDreview, but in the meantime we felt a response was prudent.

  Lloyd lead the crew. They worked hard to remove a large, dead tree that had fallen in our rather steep backyard. We were impressed with their care of our yard and lawn. They trimmed our Red Bud tree that was hanging on the roof & over the driveway. He paid attention to maintaining the shape and beauty of the tree. They left our driveway swept & clean. We will use Monster Tree service again! Mary R

  Jeremy and Team are amazing! He was the on my one who would tackle the tree on my house. He assembled a team, with a crane, on a Sunday to get the tree removed so my roof could be taped to prevent more inside damage. He was professional, transparent and communicated the whole time. He even took the time to send me pictures, from start to finish, since I was out of town while they did their work. Jeremy and team took great care to make sure the crane didn’t damage any cement. I’ll never use anyone else!

  Very knowledgeable, prompt and accommodating. They did an amazing job of cleaning up after a large limb had to be removed from our street. Easy to communicate with and have full explanations about our trees and what work they may require, I would definitely recommend them!

  They came on time, worked all day without stopping, cleaned up really well, even though it had started to rain as they were finishing. All the workers were polite and professional. Checked to make sure we were satisfied. I will call them first the next time. I highly recommend them and gave their number to my mother for her tree removal. A great team!

  Jeremy will enthusiastic and prompt. He gave a great explanation of what he was going to do and why it would be done that way.
  He let me know when he was coming and when he had completed the job.

  Professional, friendly, safety oriented, and very customer centered. They took down 4 large cottonwood trees, and you wouldn’t even know they were here. We would recommend them to everyone.
