    Amanda **** at Biberk commercial insurance . She is amazing! Me being in the fast pace auto hauling industry she make getting COIs on the fly a breeze . I just simply forward the COI request to her email and within mins it is done and sent to the requester ! Amazing

    Top notch service. I went online, thinking I would be simply getting a quote for comparison and was paired with quite the superstar who not only quoted me for the initial professional liability policy, but was on top of his game with including the general liability quote. Rob **** is a great resource to the company! He took me from start to finish and the quote for comparison turned into a certificate of insurance in one pleasant and informative phone call. Rob is the kind of rep that you want to have on the other end of the call if you think you know what you want, but you just need someone to give you the straight details with a little bit of flair and personality. I appreciate Rob's help in getting me to where I needed to be with my new business. Perfect customer service!
