    My representative Matthew ********, was very helpful and very understanding of what I was looking for. I felt like "finally someone understanding what kind of coverage I'm looking for". I requested to get a calls back and he always did as promised. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you Matt.

    Bad insurance my alcohol license never moved forward for 10 months due to them not going in the system and verifying u had insurance with them.Customer services need more practice they didn't know what I was talking about each time I called them.Nust wasted my money on them and they never did what they were supposed to

    Nathan and Aaron are both amazing, super helpful and knowledgeable. I'm new to PMU world and still trying to learn the ropes so I had a lot of questions before I could come to a decision but the 2 separate times I called and got each of them, I got the best customer experience. They are truly an asset to biBERK!

    Our representative, Danielle ******, was extremely helpful. As president of a nonprofit, my needs are a bit unique, and some companies did even offer coverage to our organization. Danielle listened to my needs, what my organization does and found where we fit in and got us the coverage we need. She was wonderful to work with and very professional. We look forward to working with her more in the future.

    Unfortunately I have to make a complaint about a company I really like. But none the less I'm going to, my policy was set to be cancelled on 5/21/22 at 12:01 am. As per biberk's police notice. Which was fine since I wasn't going to pay them for a service I didn't need anymore. I didn't have an outstanding balance or anything. Then I start to notice that multiple payments are coming out of my account for 2 months after they cancelled my policy!!! When I called to dispute the issue, I was told that the letter doesn't "actually" mean they are cancelling it, it just means as of the effective date the policy will be cancelled.. huh??? Also due to the fact that when my policy was active I was enrolled in autopay so they just decided they would keep pulling money from my account regardless of whether they sent a cancellation notice or not. Because it didn't "actually" cancel on the date they noted that it would. So because they had access to my account from the active policy term. It just made sense to them to continue things as they were. My God I'm reeling from the play on words and obviously my stupidity.

    As a newly-formed business, I wanted make sure I got the appropriate coverages. My representative, Rilla E., was so helpful. The process to obtain workers comp & professional liability coverages was easy, and the customer service experience with Rilla gave me the comfort level to move forward with Biberk.

    As a small business, we experience challenging variable when seeking this type of insurance coverage. We were dealing with tight deadline and finding it tough to find the WC Coverage needed to do business in the Construction/Engineering Industry. From google search to the contact with the biBerk representative it was too easy, which made me nervous. And although I cannot speak for the coverage obtained, at this point the representative Danielle H was great to deal with. We are newly covered with this WC Coverage and I am now able to get some sleep. Thank you Danielle, keeping my fingers crossed that requesting the COI's is as easy as it appears, as we have a lot of them to issue throughout the year in our industry.

    this has been the biggest rip off I have ever had by far with any insurance company .I was lie to about the insurance that was sold to me . I did not find out until they send me my paperwork .This was after they took my money . Try to get a refund waited on the phone for three and then got hung up on . this happen on several occasion . It has been months have not got a refund

Our records indicate that the insured purchased the policy online and had a call in December to get a copy of the dec, but since then no other contact was made until 7/25/2022 when they requested a cancellation of their policy.
