    They are great to set you up for a policy and take your money. They are seriously lacking in customer service when requests to cancel the policy is made. I received 2 months of charges and emails regarding a policy I requested to be cancelled when the business was dissolved. I even got emails about payments due and cancellation threats due to non payment. Serious work on this is needed.

    DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH BIERK IT’S SCAM!  they will go on the US DOT website to see if you have more vehicles or drivers and if they think you do they gonna charge your insurance your bill policy would raise I attempted to add a vehicle before didn’t get the rental so they are still charging me for that truck. I never received.also they gonna try to add it again saying that you have that vehicle and they gonna charge you for it then they gonna tell you you have to go back to USDOT website and fill out a 150 remind you . I have a SUV clean license for over 10 years paying around $2153 a monthfor a 2014 Mercedes-Benz Gl. When this policy expires, I would never go back. I would never recommend anyone. No new owner operator. Nobody they have a lot of complaints. I never seen it before. and they lied to about saying that they remove vehicles and they don’t remove them. I have my emails with them removing the vehicle then adding it back themselves.BIBERK

    With zero claims they increased my insurance within one year from $130 a month to $1680 claim exposur to silica on roofs. I don't do roofing but they blamed it on tariffs as well. Completely unprofessional. Would not use them.

    Worst company in the world to work with. It took an average of 4 weeks to get a proper COI from them every year. I sent them the example, and even referenced the ones they had done prior, and still no one could get it right until it was escalated. Last year, they put expired policy #s and dates on the COI, and it took six phone calls until someone could figure out how to get the correct one on there. Then I cancelled. They refunded the rest of my policy, but then charged me a cancellation fee, that they didn't deduct from the refund. Now I'm getting a bill every month for $10 from a company I hate.

    The quote was very affordable and easy to secure. Stella is absolutely amazing! She was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm sure the company overall is great but if you happen to get Stella you'll definitely be in good hands.

    biBerk’s Negligence Got My License Suspended – Case #******** This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with an insurance company. Due to biBerk entering the wrong VIN number on my policy, my license has been suspended by the DMV, even though I’ve been paying for insurance the entire time. I’ve contacted customer service countless times and provided the correct documentation multiple times. Every call ends the same — “We’re sending it to underwriting.” Nothing gets resolved. It’s been weeks, and I’m still dealing with the consequences of their error. To make matters worse, their customer service is full of incompetent people who clearly don’t understand what they’re doing. I urge biBerk to listen to the recorded calls under Case #******** to see just how poorly this situation has been handled. No accountability, no follow-through, and no urgency to fix the issue they caused. Now, I’m left with a suspended license, DMV penalties, and no resolution in sight, all because of biBerk’s lack of professionalism and basic attention to detail. If you value your time, money, or legal standing — stay away from biBerk.

    biberk is the worst insurance company out there don't let the 5 star reviews fool you they use the trusted Berkshire Hathaway name to their advantage. The customer service is a joke, you constantly go in circles. They do everything possible to hold you hostage for ex: charge an automatic renewal even when you send them a non-renewal/cancellation notice. I called my bank and was told that they have their own contracts with the bank and even if you cancel, lose, or get a new card they can still charge your bank as they are a "subscription service" is that a joke.... crooks!!!
