Quick simple and fast waist of time . They will tell you anything to get your money and get you off the phone. I signed up for General Liability which on day one they agreed they would send a Certificate Of Insurance to FMCSA as required by law. However for thirteen days they repeatedly stated they had sent out my COI and tried to force me to buy additional insurances that I did not need. Only after continuance calling they attempted to blackmail me stating they won't send a COI unless I purchased additional insurances with them.

BiBerk Insurance is not recommended for NO commercial drivers if your brokers require GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE. This was not explained initially from the representative until I tried to use the coverage. I had received an estimate for AUTO AND CARGO LIABILITY coverages and it was h****r than all 3 coverages from CANAL INSURANCE. I had a policy started after I demanded the coverage not be started. I had a representative Krystal Lockett and Dan T**** to address my policy. I had $2159.00 deducted from my checking account and it was not be. Literally after an hour or little more after the call they refused to reimburse the funds and to get any of that money returned I had to buy another policy for $2500 down before my policy could be cancelled and $2159.00 be refunded. Even after a new policy was in place with CANAL INSURANCE, Dan T**** was trying to enforce the policy and not return t my funds!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE BIBERK FOR COMMERCIAL INSURANCE IF GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE IS NEEDED!!biBerk, by Berkshire Hathaway Response

Justin O***** did a great job and is one of the reasons I switched my E & O coverage to Biberk. He speaks clearly and in a very friendly manner. He made the entire sign-up process qucik and easy. I had such a nice experience purchasing General Liability and Workman's Comp insurwance through: Rob L**** ******** ********* ******** ** **** * *******, biBERK, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, ** **** * *******. He made it almost fun! He listened, he helped, I bought insurance. If only every customer service experience were like this... what a better world it would be!Review from Bryant K

LIED AND BILLED ME EXTRA MONEY. 13 days before my 1 year policy ends I was billed $755.25 for a change of address. I was lied to saying no policy changes would need to be made and everything would remain the same and now I am being SCAMMED out of my hard earned money without any claims. beware this company can LIE about the cost of insurance and just bill you as they see fit with no supervisors available to talk on the phone. I had another policy for $200 less per month but since my policy included my last month for FREE they convinced me to stay on. little did I know they lied and my last month I would be billed 755.25. SCAMMERS AND LIARS. I would have changed my policy and the sales person knew that and so that's why he lied about the price changes.biBerk, by Berkshire Hathaway Response
