    Outstanding Service from ****** at biBERK
    After being passed around to multiple representatives while trying to correct our business insurance coverage, we were finally connected with ******, and that changed everything. ****** took the time to thoroughly read through the notes, investigate the issue, and get the necessary approvals to resolve the problem.
    What stood out most was her dedication. Even though she was at the end of her shift, she didn’t pass me off like so many others had. Instead, she clearly explained what was needed and followed through with consistent communication via calls and emails until everything was fully resolved.
    ****** truly went above and beyond, and we’re incredibly grateful for her professionalism, persistence, and care. She’s the reason we’re still with biBERK. Thank you, ******!

    I found ******* very helpful and knowledgeable to work with.
    Starting a new business, I had expected that I would need several quotes before selecting an insurance carrier.
    Based on the reasonable quote, and the comprehensive coverage, I didn’t find that necessary.
    Based on my experience I would highly recommend working with ****** and biBerk.

    I purchased a Worker’s Compensation insurance policy from BiBerk, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The costs were exorbitantly high, and when I struggled to keep up with payments due to financial constraints, BiBerk sent a fine to a law firm for collection, adding even more stress and expense. Even after my policy was canceled, I continued to receive charges, which felt unfair and poorly communicated. The overall process was a nightmare, with little support or clarity from the company. I would not recommend BiBerk based on this experience.

    If I could leave less stars I would. Every year there is an issue on renewal. They take the money and I wait days to get the policy doccuments. Its been 8 days so far and no doccuments recieved. I have called and begged for a person to call me a supervisor to call me or someone to send the doccuments. I finally was given my general liability new policy number over the phone and I was able to get that policy online with self service but the umbrella that makes the policy good is still not showing and as of today day 8 it has not been written. I have to clear through netvendor and can't. I paid on the 15th. my policy was good to the 20th and they still cant get me the documents. Do yourself a favor and skip them.

    Worst insurance carrier ever dealt with for workcomp.
    They will take the policy collect high premium up front and 8 months payments then drop you.
    Then audit you after paid in full and try to charge more then what was due.
    Last audit they actually changed my code from admin to carpentry and tried charging me a extra 7k in premiums after they already collected for full year and canceled me 8 months into policy.
    Fought for months to prove that was wrong. Finally had over turned after months of back and forth.
    Once canceled I have to scramble to find new insurance.
    This happened 3 times in 3 years with biberk where broker will put me back with biberk everyone collects their fees and premiums then cancel you again.
    Seems pretty fraudulent the way they do business. 3 times take me for coverage. 3 times collect all fees within 8 months and drop me.
    Then to deal with the audit that they always say you owe more on when your payroll says different.
    Do not use them for workcomp you will regret it.

    biBerk send me the exit fees without the apparent reason. This company is a money grab scam.
