    This company is very unprofessional. They have little to no customer service. I reported a claim with them back on march 26th they picked up my dump trailer from the wrecker service and I have not been reimbursed and they can tell me where the trailer is at. My adjuster is Noel M****

    THEFT!!!! TERRRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a policy added onto my renewal that I did not authorize and have been spending an over an hour on the phone with reps from the company each time I have called (now OVER 11 TIMES!!!!!) trying to get it off my policy and refunded the charges and STILL have the issue unresolved. The employees literally argue with you and tell you they can't help. Waiting on months of unauthorized charges to be refunded back to my account still, still with no confirmation!!!!!! Will indefinitely sue this company if I don't get the money stolen from me back!

    Keyword Logistics, I can't describe how helpful Ms. Rilla was. She took her time and explained all my options and coverages. She is what we need as customer service. She went above and beyond, and her knowledge and expertise should be noted. keep up the good work and the professionalism. EXCELLENT SERVICE and KUDOS. I will send you more companies for quotes.     I am expecting a monthly draw on my business account of $61.56 That is what is published on my policy. I was charged $210.85 which is not realistic. My yearly income is $2,400.00 Your billing amount of $2,530.20 is more than I make in salary. I have sent a copy of my taxes as proof of this I will dispute any charges of $210.85 If you win the dispute I will need your routing and account number so i can set up a direct deposit of my entire paycheck. I will have to send you a personal check for the difference so ill need the information for where to send it.

    I have been cancelled 3 times as a contractor that only applies for permits for electrical work. all and any physical work is subbed out however i was cancelled because i have a website (that has absolutely nothing on it because i never made it) and yet simply owning the domain got me cancelled. they wont let you actually talk to anyone before they submit their final decision. waste of time and through their actions has made it more difficult to get other policies and ended up getting my contractors licence cancelled with the state.

    biBerk pulled a bait and switch when what was promised was not delivered. I had to cancel immediately and get a policy somewhere else. They are still harrassing me claiming I owe them $90.12 for payment due. I told them not only will I not pay their fraudulent company any more money, but I expect them to refund every dollar I already paid them (not holding my breath). They have now assigned a legal firm to shake me down with the threat of hurting my credit. Warren must really need that $90. Very sorry I ever heard of this company!
