I called today to request my certificate of insurance and the update that I needed done I was told could not be done because call volume was too high. I requested to speak with a supervisor since I was told the representatives supervisor would not allow her to make the changes and I was told they are just going to send it to another department. The representative was rude, unempathetic and cared only about the calls in queque rather than helping the customer. She over-spoke me and had an attitude despite me never raising my voice or becoming irate although I had every opportunity to with the way she acted. Every time I call Biberk they do not follow through on the request in a timely manner which almost cost me my license at the beginning of the year which was why I wanted it handled today.

Horrible customer service. Was given attitude. Waited 15 minutes on the phone and was then told I needed to be transferred to cancellation department. Waited another 10 minutes. Someone with attitude answers and informs me I'm with "Service" and need to be transferred again. I ask for the direct number and the person says with rudeness, "Sure," and immediately transfers me again.biBerk, a Berkshire Hathaway Company

5 starsI was wondering about insurance for my company and i saw an add on Facebook about this company. So i completed the forms online and the next day Danielle ****** called me and we went over all my concerns as she did an amazing job. She not only answered all my questions but had some recommendations that made sense. The entire process was so easy and i would recommend them to everyone especially Danielle ******. Hard to put into words all the things discussed but if i had an insurance company i would hire her.
