      I took out a pay day loan with MaxLend in December 2023. I hvave paid alll payments on time. In February 2024 I switched employers so my pay date changed from bi weekly to ***** a month the 15th and the last day of each month. I informed Maxlend of this change after before my April 15th pay date. They hve been calling me telling me to sign the change of date request and Im am unable to rain anything because when I log onto their website there is nothing that allows me to sign anything. I was told two weeks ago Tht I didnt hve to sign because it was put through their system on the back end. They deducted money out of my acct on April 26th which caused my bank acct to be overdrawn. They werent supposed to withdraw the payment until April the 30th. They are still calling and harassing me about signing a document That they have yet to send me anything to esign.

      Took a ***** loan from Maxlend, with the agreement of paying 163$ every two weeks. Out of the blue they started taking 294$ every two weeks. Trying to pay off loan but they want ***** to pay loan off. They refuse to anything else

      maxlend uses magic to strongarm their loneee's they have been constantly harassing me i am not even due yet its very similar to cashnet's strongarm tactics

      I got a loan at Maxlend on November of $1100 from Maxlend, this people were suppossed to charge me by weekly, since January they started changing me every week, I been calling and everytime I called is a different story, I been tryng to settle the loan but they dont give me any option, so far I paid $1937.76 and they still charging me.

      I got a loan through Maxlend in a moment of desperate financial struggle. I have been paying them $195 twice per month since Oct, which has made my financial situation worse. Its caused me significant stress and worry constantly. I have paid $1755 on a $725 loan. Paying twice as much as the original loan is more than sufficient. I feel like Maxlend is a predatory lender who preys on people who are already struggling and make the ************* worse.

      I took a loan from Maxlend originally understanding that I would be paying down the principal based on terms that would not have me paying an outrageous amount of interest. It was based on the payment information that I understood though it was a high interest loan, the principal had more applied to it than most other loans of this nature due to the explanation and understanding of the terms provided. At this time, hardly any of my payment is being applied to the loan and it is quite apparent that this lender is using deceptive and illegal practice to collect an extreme amount just in interest, which violates my right under Federal laws both of which cap the limitations of interest on loans. In this case, the company claiming tribal immunity is not applicable and does not support their right to charge this inordinate amount. Tribal immunity is only applicable to actual businesses which originate/ operate on tribal lands, and is wholly owned and operated by tribal representatives. Using this interpretation of tribal law is inapplicable to outbid state consumers and does not allow for them to ignore the applications of consumer protections offered for consumers and as limitations for lenders

      My cousin is mentally disabled and she was allowed to take out a loan from Maxlend. I am trying to ascertain the loan amount, but she now owes over $1000 to this company.Maxlend has preyed on a disabled woman and I am asking that the money she owes be brought downto the principal.

      Borrowed $500 in Sept ,they took out $275.52 on Oct.27 2023,nov.29 and Dec.29. I called them and they said they would take out $275.52 for the next 9 months !
