I was approved for a loan on Friday 8/15/25. I was then told that their real time fundingsystem was down and I would be funded Monday 8/18/25 by 5p eastern time. When that didnt happen I called them and they said that now I am denied the loan. This seems fraudulent to me! I am responsible in a bind now after waiting 3 days for a loan I WAS approved for!Business Response

Paying almost 4k for a 1100 dollar loan is ridiculous. Ive already paid a stupid amount and hardly anything has been put towards the actual principle of the loan. Once I get this paid off I will never use them again. Im gonna have to take another loan out just to pay this off.Business Response

Had to borrow $1500 for an emergency car repair on 3/28/2025. Here it is now 7/18/2025 and I owe $1,644. After 8 successful payments (on time every 2 weeks) I owe more than I even borrowed! According to the payment schedule I'll be paying well into December 2025. It is so disappointing how this company takes advantage of people whom have nowhere else to turn. If we are desperate enough to have to secure a loan then the pay back process should be a lot more affordable. Technically, I've paid $2,642 since March 2025. I am so upset about it.Business Response

Somehow this company found my name/number and started texting and calling me. I have received more than 30 calls and text just today. I have repeatedly asked to be removed from the call list. The messages are alarming as they're stating that someone has applied for a loan with my information. This is harassment and can't be legal. I want it to STOP NOW.Business Response

I took out a loan with maxlend in the amount of $2750 on 3/28/2025 due to an hard times. I have made 11 payments of $242.25 totaling in $2664.75. I went to check how much I had left because I knew I was getting close to the $2750. They are saying I will be paying weekly till 1/16/2025. That interest rate seems insanely high and majorly predatory. I fully intend to pay back what I borrowed but I cant afford thousands of dollars in interest like that in hard times. Especially when it was not made clear that the interest was going to be that high and is not easily stated.Business Response

MaxLend has debited my bank account $616.98 in the last 3 days. I paid them $205.66 on 6/30, which was due, and they debited my bank account another $205.66 on 7/1 and on 7/2 which I did not approved. I called the company today 7/2 and asked why and they hung up on me. I want to report them as they are scamming me out of money with a very high interest rate of ******%. My original amount of the loan was $750.00. I have paid them over $1,439.62 since March and only $44.37 has gone towards the principal. This is absolutely not right at all. I want the loan to be cancelled and be reimbursed for their high racketeering practices in the amount of $689.62. They can keep the $750.00 of the original loan amount from the $1439.62 I have paid so far. These companies need to be put out of business.Business Response
