Last December 2024 this company issued a loan for $3,000. A couple of weeks ago, they text me and said the loan balance was $3505.03. Today they text me again taking another payment on 3/14 in the amount of $570.47 because the balance is still $3505.03 With the government shut down looming and lost of my job 3 25 25, I can not no longer pay this unreasonable loan for the next 8 months with a final payment of $8,000 for $3,000. This is unreal and must be stopped as I can no longer linger on for another a months paying $8,000 more. Stop these people!

I think maxlend is charging too high of an interest rate on loans and I don't think it is legal for them to do so.

Called to request Maxlend move my payment date one day, to the day after my paydate. I get paid twice a month on the 5th and the 20th. My employer changed from direct deposit to paper checks. My check does not get deposited until after 5PM EST. I called MaxLend to request they change my payment dates to the 6th and the 21st so my account is not overdrawn. They refused, saying they would need to confirm with my bank this is the case or I would need to provide a letter from my employer. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but none were available. I asked if they could email me something stating that this is their company policy and they said they could not provide me with that. This is 3 pay periods after I requested online they change my payment date to Mondays if the 5th or the 20th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, because I do not get paid until the following Monday. They pulled the payment on a Friday, leaving me with no money in my account and refused to address the problem.Dont do business with MaxLend. Their customer service team is a joke and their business model is a total nightmare.

MaxLend is an online service for payday loans. I found myself in a bind and needed cash fast. I applied for $850.00 and they approved me for $750.00. Now I have utilized payday loan services before through a different company. The amount from the other company was for $1,000 and the interest was between $200/$300.MaxLend is using an extremely high interest rate. I have made a total of 6 payments totaling $1,275.96. So the loan should be paid right? No it is not! They are supposed to be helping people, when they are actually taking advantage. How is it possible for me to be paying back almost $3,000.00? My payments have been $212.66 every two weeks since November. Please do the math. November 7th 2025 was the last payment I made. I stopped payment and reached out to BBB, if needed I will contact my lawyer. All I am asking for is, close this out. They have gotten full payment for this loan. If I would've understood what they were actually expecting back, I wouldn't of agreed on the loan. No one in their right mind is knowingly going to agree to paying back $3,000 for a $750.00 loan. Please say there is something that can be done.

I took a loan around Christmas time of 2023 in the amount of $1250. I have paid Max lend a total of $4971.68 over the last 8 months and I still owe almost the whole balance due to crazy interest. I was paying $621.46 a month. This company takes advantage of people in vulnerable positions. Ive paid the loan back almost 4 times over at this point. Dont use this company!

I took a 630 dollar loan from maxlend and I have paid over double that loan ($1502). I have 1500 more dollars to go. My last payment is scheduled for May. I was never told about any interest rates or anything like that. I am struggling every week now to have enough to live off because of this. I was not told that I would have to pay a %400 interest. I have paid back my 630 + 872 in interest. I would like to acquire back the money that continued to be taken from me due to lack of communication or proper explanation to what would happened. This is a shark company that is literally draining its customers dry.

I heard a loan place on *********. I called to see if I can get a same personal loan. I got a loan for 1050 in mid Dec. I was told **** the first payment was on Dec 24. I was told that it was a bi weeky payment back . I agreed. The first payment was for 138. I asked wirh interest what work be at the end. He told me 1400. . I was a little hesitate but I was ok with it. He told me that I have to Sept to pay off. When i log in to check my payment is was 4 times higher than what I was told. This company is very misleading and charge 600% higher than other companies. If I pay off by Sept it would be 6000. My loan was 1050. They need to be shut down because they island customers and don't tell them about tye high interest rate. I did ask how high my interest would be. Thus company is a fraud
