- Investigations:According to information provided by consumers, Files Editor (https://files-editor.com) is a website offering PDF conversion and editing, showing an address in Fargo, ND. Consumers describe using the site, paying what they understood to be a one-time charge for download, then being billed for an ongoing subscription they allege was not clearly disclosed. BBB notes that there is no business by this name (or Apollo Technology LLC) registered with the ND Secretary of State as a business. As of 1/21/26, the business has not responded to BBB complaints, but BBB will continue to seek response from the business through our normal process.
