      Do not fall for this company. Scam artists! Theres no way out of their website if you were thinking you wanted to get the digital download. One they have your information, they charge you for everything. No response. Nothing sent to my email address. Nothing. Says money back guarantee. Nothing. Scam artists!!!

      Horrible people. I have tried for 3 months to return their unopened package and get a refund but my emails are returned with lies and anyone I get on the phone lies saying they are mailing me a return envelope and then will refund me. They're pathetic. DO NOT BUY! IT'S A SCAM!

      I would give zero stars if possible. Natural Health Sherpa now Metabolic Renewal is a total scam of a company. The have extremely unethical business practices such as false advertising and also secretly charging customers cards in hopes they won't realize. This company needs to be stopped. Please save yourself the trouble and do not get involved with them in any way.

      If I can give this 0 stars I would. This company has changed their name to Metabolic Renewal and I was going to buy their product but then I decided o no longer wanted it. I had started the purchase process but never completed and thought that was that. The product I only got up to was about $53. But I was wrong, because only and hour later I had a confirmation email from them for $183 that I did NOT consent to. And of course my account has been charged. No word from them yet on how they will fix this.

      This is a horrible company that is continuing to charge my card for products I did NOT AUTHORIZE!!!! Instead of canceling my first charge and complaint, they charged me another $344.06 for SHAKES!?!? I guess they are relying on people not to check their credit card charges. I am not sure if they keep changing their name to run from their poor business and lack of ethics, but I find it absolutely bizarre that they they don't have an F rating yet.

      Not a good product, not good customer service. Says you can get a refund but they NEVER get back to you. Its not just a workout and meal plan, you have to be on there shakes and their weight loss pill. Which even if its all natural is so expensive for an average person to do all this. Not worth it!

      This company, under the name Metabolic Renewal, is a sneaky and predatory company. I ordered their digital only product on December 9th. Read the fine print b/c they started charging me $77/month for a Metabolic renewal membership that I did NOT agree to. Now that I've disputed the charges with my bank, MR is disputing my dispute and saying that since I logged in to the website in March (trying to find where to cancel it), that I am still using the product. I had to cancel my debit card to get them to quit charging me. Finding a working number to call to dispute the charge was impossible too.

      This experience has been totally negative. When I started looking at the exercises they recommend it starts with burpees. I am a 66 year old woman who is overweight and they know this. If I could start out with doing 15 burpees a day I wouldn’t be calling them. It has taken me literally 10 weeks, 34 emails and 6 phone calls. they still have more than $1100 of my money. I know, I am the idiot but they are the glass bowls.

      Horrible would NEVER recommend. I emailed to get a refund, they refused insisting that you call. Then you sit on hold for over an hour and no one answers!!! The product was not even close to good!! This company is just going to collect your money and never give you a refund!

      I had adverse reaction to this product and I contacted them to tell them to discontinue my acct and send my money back.
      They continued to send me products and charged my acct. 4 times
      I have sent all of the products back at my expense and still no refund.
