      Exercises are great as they can be modified for your fitness level. Company stood by its word when I accidentally ordered a protein mix. I was refunded quickly. They try hard to engage and support their customer base.

      Though I didn't stick with the program, I appreciated that they processed my refund as promised. They weren't argumentative and didn't require any proof.

      I was very hopeful, but when I gained access to the program, I found I was not able to do the exercises. Due to 2 bad falls about 30 years ago my hips are damaged and my orthopedic surgeon will only allow me to use a recumbent bike for exercise. I had to request a refund and, ***** was absolutely wonderful about it! The people I worked with were all very kind.

      This company is definitely after your money with the Metabolic Renewal which is on automatic renewal and is not advertised as such. The support staff with the beginning was very supportive but was very pushy to purchase other products and after that there has been no other support. The exercises are too strenuous for someone with arthritis and not being able to get on the floor was also a problem. I also was looking forward to recipes using the Metabolic Renewal but you had to purchase those too. Once I realized I didn't want the product anymore, I attempted to contact the company. I called and the message said I'd get a call back. Nothing. I called customer support and left a message. Nothing. I wrote 2-3 times with my information and still nothing. I finally got through and the representative was very nice and I got my refund and a cancellation, but that was after 5 tries. If this company truly cared they would have responded and apologized.
