      I think the service reps and the people I spoke with are pretty amazing, the customer service was sweet and helpful. The support group is there of you need that. The only issue is the price and it wasn't easy to cancel my subscription but again, all the people I spoke with were friendly and after answering some questions they fixed my account. I am definitely interested in trying again someday when I can better afford the subscription.

      I have contacted "****", and both the support emails for ***************.com and *******************.com FOUR times to have an order cancelled and refunded. I have not heard anything from anyone and have now gone from angry to *****. Livid not only because no one has responded, but that either "****" or their customer service division has flagged my email address and is DELETING my messages from the thread - absolutely unbelievable and unethical.

      I made the request to cancel my order less than 5 hours after making the purchase and to assure NO PRODUCT was shipped. There has been no attempt to contact me to make this right. I am not allowed to have a cell phone with me during working hours, so I specifically asked that they contact me by email as soon as possible I AM STILL WAITING .... no response, no refund...do not trust this company !!

      I have asked 4 times for a refund. This just isn't what I wanted. Every time I opened something they shared, it would cost additional money after already paying for the registration.
      Each Time I ask, they try to discount the program so I will stay with them.
      I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

We strive to provide world-class customer support, but we can see we missed the mark in supporting you. I was able to find your account in our system, and it seems our Customer Support team attempted to call you to process the refund after your initial email request but wasn't able to get in touch with you. However, our team went ahead and processed your refund on 12/14. This may take a few days to reflect on your bank statement, but if you don't see that come through in the next 5-7 business days, please give us a call back at XXX-XXX-XXXX.

      Horrible! I Metabolic Living information guide which was followed by a phone call to buy products that cost me ******** that would help aide the process. After a month of not seeing any profound results I returned the products to the address given to me. To date, I have no received any refund to my account or promised phone call with resolution and reimbursement. I feel like this was unprofessional and taken advantage of as a consumer. I am only giving 1 star because 0 was not an option

      I was in process of ordering from Metabolic Renewal and decided not to go through with it. Apparently I'd already gone too far, and was charged. I only found out because on the same afternoon, on a Sunday, I got a call from a nice lady to welcome me and get me connected to more support. I explained my surprise and concern, and she gave me her number and customer service's. They actually picked up, and I got a helpful, patient guy who stuck with me through a couple of brief, mutual misunderstandings, and I got a full refund to my PayPal INSTANTLY. The whole thing took 21 minutes to fix, start to finish. I was so impressed that I would actually keep them in mind when I want to invest more in my health in the future!

      Metabolic Living, formerly known as Natural Health Sherpa, has excellent customer support and communication with me as a customer. I find their products to be of very high quality and effective. I appreciate that they do not try to upsell me additional products but allow me to control the timing of my one simple auto ship order. I have been a customer for six months.

      If I could put a minus before 5 stars I would.

      I had nothing but problems from the first order going to the wrong address to right now with my refund request being ignored and no product at my door. *** here I come!!!

      They were very courteous and helpful. They processed my request for a refund and were very nice about it, didn't give me any problems with my refund.
