      Absolute scam! I did not sign up for automatic delivery. I am not getting a return phone call nor a RMA label to return the products! Still waiting for a response to my emails requesting RMA label and cancelation of the subscriptions. Help!******

      I just couldn't use the product and asked for an RMA to return it back on 6/12/23. I sent it back on the 6/17/23 but have not received my refund. They told me it would only take about 2 weeks to get the product back and returned. I have not received any information back that it has been received. Other than the person who I spoke with about the **** I can never get a straight answer from anyone there. I would like to have my refund.

      ************* They charge your credit card as soon as you enter it, even though you haven't hit a "confirm" button. They automatically add a subscription to your order that you did not authorize nor know about it until you receive those products 3 months later. It is difficult to get a refund and to cancel your "subscription", and they make you pay return shipping, even for the products you didn't sign up for.

      Wish I could give this company 0 stars. This company is a total SCAM. I placed and order and asked for a refund when I seen that I didn't like some of the products ingredients. Soon after I shipped my order back no one answered the phone I have spent about $200 that I have not have refunded back to me. I think it has been about 2 months I have called and no answer just asking for you to leave a message which no one will call even during business hours

      I purchased metabolic renewal program on 7/1- they added all these extra product add ons. I added protein, but never confirmed it. They charged me. I called 7/1 to cancel. They didnt answer. I got a call back from and onboarding person- they said I could cancel it on 7/2 when i speak to another specialist. I spoke with him. He said to call cancellation department. I did- they said it was too late- it had shipped. It hasnt. I got a notification from ***** that the label was created at 12:21 pm on 7/3. I got a return label but they want me to pay for return shipping- even though I tried to cancel. They say everything is a 100% money back guarantee. Clearly not. I just want a return label that has been paid for- they will not do it. When I call, I sit on hold for 18 minutes exactly and they hang up. This place is a scam. And has awful customer service.

      This company has terrible business practices. I unfortunately got roped into the scam and canceled my subscription, or so I thought. I received another shipment and tried to cancel again and requested a refund. After several back and forth emails, I was finally given the return labels and told I would be canceled. I returned all products and have yet to receive a refund. I have sent several emails and have gotten no response. Do not get involved with this company, they take whatever money they can from you.

      This company is a scam. They rope you in by having you watch an hour worth of videos about their service/ products. But each time you click to watch the next video, their website uses the next button as a confirm purchase button without your knowledge. I closed the browser after "learning" all I needed to know and then immediately received an email thanking me for my $180 purchase via PayPal. Their customer service number is fake and never reaches a person, but they are very quick via email. After 30 days of back and forth via email I was able to get all but the shipping and handling costs refunded. BEWARE OF THIS TRAP.

      I ordered the products originally and now I see that I just got autocharged for the protien powder (which I told the person texting me that I didn't like and wouldn't be gettting again). At no time did she tell me that I was signed up for a subscription for this and the metabolic spark. I really am not happy with the way they did this and even if I liked ANY of their product I will NOT be ordering again.What a hassle. This is not a great way to do business. And now they are telling me I have to pay shipping to mail back something I did not order! I told them I shouldn't have to pay shipping for something I didn't order and he put me on hold for a long time and came back and tried to get me signed up for some other program. I said no way. Give me my money back.

      I would give zero stars if I could. I saw an ad that made me think that this program was unique. I did a little research and saw a few articles saying the program was sound, so I ordered the program for $46. As soon as you click "order," a video pops up and tells you not to go back or you will be charged twice. No way to get out of watching a long video selling you shake mix for breakfast--so help me, if I had known this program required $50 shakes for breakfast...So then, you can't request a refund until they ship your order. My order just arrived nine days later and after all the spammy emails I had already decided to cancel. I go on the website to cancel and I can't find any information about returning your product. I jump on chat and wait ************************************** I call in and they try to run me through the ringer asking why I want to cancel. Now, I am easygoing, but I lost it after the third time they were trying to ask why. You need to get a return label, well said return label is their address. You need to mail it back on your dime and then they will send an email telling you how much the refund is for. So I asked how much the refund was for and they deduct shipping for the product I didn't want to be shipped--so much for a no questions asked full refund! So, I need to spend at least $20 for a product I regretted ordering the moment I clicked purchase. Do not buy this program. You can do so much better downloading a free calorie counter app or getting a book at the library. Nothing special here!

      I ordered the service (digital only) and one canister of the protein shake and one bottle of the supplement. They charged me for services I never ordered, products I didnt agree to and subscriptions I never authorized. Buyer beware!! The digital product is an email thread you cant get canceled from many vendors. The service is just selling products over and over.
