      Promised to deliver *** rat on a Wednesday, no show, no phone call, called said would deliver Thursday, no show, no phone call, called said delivery friday, same thing, now it's Saturday it will deliverd, no one calls to let you know what is going on, will it be delivered or not, diffently will not recommend *** rat or use there service again

      Had two pods for a long distance move. Scheduled delivery to our new address. Delivery was cancelled THREE TIMES without notification. I didn't learn of the schedule changes until I called to inquire about the status. Twice we had movers lined up to help unload. This small business had to be cancelled and thus lost income twice. Unconscionable. Would never recommend this company to anyone.Rating should be a 0 but I had to give a star to proceed.

      Surprised at the low rating here, we had an in-state move in ** and they were the most competitively priced. They were also on time and very professional. I didn't need to be there for the container pick *** either. **** quoted a 1000 dollars over their price and UPack didn't offer service in my area.

      Good experience for me for a local move, dropoffs and pickups were timely and drivers were friendly and accommodating. Representatives I spoke to in the call center were helpful and knowledgeable. I wish pricing was more transparent and you could see detailed charges billedm directly on the website. I did get sent a detailed ledger when I was working with a *** on the phone, but I shouldn't have had to call in to do that. Also I wish the trucks could unload from the side instead of the front. My move was to and from streets with parallel parking, so asking for so many parking spaces to be cleared was a pain.

      Had a great experience! Moved 4 hours away & rented a 16 ft container, along with two sets of movers. All the employees from the customer service **** to the truck drivers to the movers were excellent. Would recommend!!

      This is going on the seond delay. First, they dont have info on my container being picked up and had to track it down second, because of that it wwas supposed to be delivered 28 June and when i called to verify they said it was in Raleigh and could not be deliveredd till July 11. Now I again called on 10 July to find out its not ready and will be week pf the 22 July, All this after paying almost 400 dollars to get help offloading and then sleeping on an air mattress with no furniture of very important paperwork I had in that container and no access. This has been a absolute nightmare and going to get a Lawyer. I recommend anyone to stand clear !!!1

      From start to finish, this experience was very positive! Pick up and deliveries were confirmed and on time. The website was easy to navigate but there were a few times I had to call and the weight was lengthy, but there is a callback feature. Overall I was very satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking for this type of service!

      Extremely frustrated with Pack-Rats pickup process. My container was delivered in ***** on 06/28, and I had scheduled pickup for 07/01. However, they claim they tried to call me on 07/01 and, because I didnt answer, they skipped the pickup entirely now rescheduling it for 07/08, a full week later.This delay is unacceptable. My property management has a strict 72-hour rule, and Im now at serious risk of being fined or penalized due to this unnecessary delay. At no point during my scheduling conversations was I told that I needed to be available or respond to a call for the pickup to happen. In fact, I was explicitly under the impression (and based on their own policy) that customer presence is not required for pickup, only for delivery.I tried to escalate this, but received no timely resolution. This entire experience has left me feeling ignored and incredibly stressed especially after trusting Pack-Rat to move my container across states. This kind of ******************** and poor communication is not what I expected from a national moving company.I hope someone from management sees this and takes immediate steps to:Pick up the container as soon as possible, and Ensure that customers are not penalized for failed pickups when theyve done everything correctly on their end.
