1 starHorrible service. My first attempt at placing an order with a promo code, I was somehow denied access to log into my account nor receive a product. I emailed them asking about my issue and no help. Because I was so desperate to try their product I tried with a different email and was finally able to put my order in. At 4am the next day I received an email that my order was cancelled and again, could not log into my account. I emailed and they keep telling me that I have placed and received orders to my address. They gave me an email and name that is not mine , and said I ordered in a month and year that I was not even living at my current apartment yet. I let them know that it was an apartment complex that Im living in, and that it was not me ordering or receiving at that address.After much frustration they keep running around in circles with the same excuse I have seen all around these reviews. Good riddance.

Our records indicate that Support provided you with details regarding the closure of your accounts in emails sent on July 4th and August 5th. You have three accounts associated with you: the first was created on June 16, 2024, the second on July 4, 2024, and the third on August 4, 2024. In response to your initial inquiry on July 4, 2024, we explained that orders would only process if your locations matched. Unfortunately, our system flagged your account for suspicious activity due to a mismatch in locations, leading to the voiding of your June 16th order and the return of your funds. The second and third accounts were subsequently closed as they were linked to the first account, which had been flagged. When we asked you to confirm the email address associated with the first account, and you indicated it was not yours yet the name, address, and phone number match the other two accounts, which further confirmed potential suspicious activity. While the first account had details similar to the other accounts, the credit card information differed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our anti-fraud measures, which are intended to safeguard both cardholders and our organization. We understand that the restrictions related to device locations, shipping addresses, billing addresses, and credit cards may be frustrating. 1 starI order the Fulvic minerals and the zeolite, I like it so much that I told a family member and she wanted to try it. She signed up to get a promo bottle for $10 and $13, Used my address so that she would get it and I let her use my card because she did have the money right then to order her bottles. Order went through and 3 days later she check the status, the touchstone essential canceled her order and her account along with they cancelled my account. All because I let her use my card. Company told me that we were not allowed to order anymore. I give this to my dog to help him and now what do I do. THIS IS VERY UPSETTING

The promotion you referenced is exclusively available to new customers and only applies to the first order. The promotion rules are clearly stated on the website and note that they are limited to limited to one per address, account, and household. We clarified this in a phone call with you on July 23, however after doing so, additional accounts were still created. Our system flags multiple accounts when they appear to be created to bypass the promotion rules. Because there were four accounts, the accounts were closed, and any orders that were placed were canceled and refunded. Subsequently, on July 29, we informed you that your accounts had been closed and why. We sincerely apologize for any frustration this has caused you; however, we hope you understand that for us to be able to provide world-class products that make a real difference in peoples lives, we must limit introductory offers to first-time customers only. 1 starHorrible cost me over $400.00 in over draft fees cause they continue to charge you every month regardless if you tell then not to. I paid my bills and the all bounced because touch tone thiefs stole money from my bank account. **************** is horrible and product dont even work.

Once a customer chooses a subscription, an email is sent the following day confirming that a subscription has been created, along with the following scheduled shipment day (in this case, June 21). Its up to each person to manage their subscriptions, which can be changed or canceled anytime by logging in to their account. We understand that people get busy and sometimes forget to update or cancel their subscriptions. As soon as you notified us that you did not want a subscription, our Support Team canceled it, and return instructions were provided for the order. 1 starThe worst customer service I have every dealt with. I was denied using a promo code for claims that I have ordered once before and used the code. I had not used the code (I have my previous order email) and they just kept saying it couldn't be used more than once. Ok fine, cancel all of my order... wouldn't do that either, instead just told me it already shipped and I could return for a refund, meanwhile I only made the purchase a couple of hours before and no tracking movement. They do not try to be helpful or remedy any issue with the customer, they just want to waste your time and take your money.

********* first ordered with us in March of 2023, and she is correct in that she did not use a promotional offer on that order. On April 23, 2024, ********* logged in to her original account and attempted to place an order using a promotional offer code which is limited to new customers with first-time orders (the issue with the promotion was not that she had used it before; it was that she was attempting to use a promotion that was only available to new customers, which she was not). The code would not apply as it recognized ********* as an existing customer and so the offer requirements could not be met. ********* then created a secondary account and used a different shipping address in an attempt to procure the offer. The order did go through but was routed to our verification system where the order was then rejected, as it recognized that this was *********'s second account and therefore she did not qualify. An automated email was generated to alert ********* as to why the order would not be honored. ********* then placed a second order on this new account for a promotional offer that is not limited to new customers. Since ********* did qualify for the second offer, this offer was honored and the order shipped immediately.********* then emailed us for an explanation as the standard automated email does infer that the offer has been used before. We explained to ********* that the offer did not apply to her on account of her previous account, which means she is not a new customer. ********* then stated she did not want the second, successful order but the order had already shipped (orders usually ship out within 24 hours, and there is a ***** hour lag time for **** to update their tracking). We offered to have ********* refuse the order on her end for a full refund once the order was returned to us. ********* stated that she would rather just dispute.
