5 starsThis stuff works, period! A few years ago, I was going in and out of the hospital getting tests done up and down my body trying to figure out what was wrong with me. They kept saying all my results were negative and that I was perfectly healthy, yet I lost nearly 40 pounds in a short period of time and was breaking out with acne that Ive never experienced before. Let me just say after a couple of months of using these products from Touchstone, my life has again undergone its metamorphosis. I am breaking free, I am healthy again, and I have to thank this company for the products, and even now I am choking up and tearing up because of how grateful I am to this company and these products. 1 starGot a code from big account on ig @the_detoxmama used the code to order the detox pack with blue and green label as well as the parasite detox with the yellow label. 3 days later I log into the account since I didn't hear anything via email, text, call..I see..order canceled. Then I read all these experiences and ohhh...I see! This is what they do. So this company aren't the only ones that sell these specific ingredients. Will try another brand and high quality too. 2 starsI ordered 3 bottles of heavy metal detox on their special pricing order form. Was charged. Waiting for product. Over 10 days later I reached out to company. They notified me I was refunded due to address verification. I verified refund and placed another order, BUT because now more expensive (they did not honor discount) I only ordered 2 bottles. Here we go again waited for delivery. Nope! They said they couldnt deliver because my delivery address was St. and my Billing address was ST and the company refunds all discrepancies. Yet, no notifications, no acknowledgment, no apology, no assistance to get my order delivered. Its now been almost a month they wont assist. I gave 2 stars because they did refund me. I asked for assistance with ordering and with them covering expedited shipping and they said NO. You can pay for extra shipping. Ummm customer service, you cant even ship me the order all I asked was to help cover the technical issues your system has. Your first order from February 24th was for three of our Zeolite Detox Pack with our subscription price and there were no additional discounts applied. You sent an email on February 25th asking about your order cancelation. We replied to your email on February 27th, and in our reply, we apologized and advised why our system rejected your transaction. It was because there was a mismatch between the billing address entered and what is in your card details. Your second order was cheaper than the first order due to your selection of only two Zeolite Detox Packs with the subscription price, no additional discount was used. Our system rejected this order due to the billing mismatch. You reached out via chat on March 12th and we provided you with the details on why your order was declined. We would like to clarify any potential miscommunication. The shipping address and billing address do not necessarily need to correspond; however, the issue with your orders stems from the billing address not aligning with the information your card issuer has on file. Your order will be processed once your billing address matches EXACTLY with the information recorded by your bank or card company. 1 starMy order arrive almost 15 days after I ordered it. The box was soak and wet the bottles had both been broken and only half was left in the container as I opened the container to try to save what was left it all spilled out. Horrible business. customer service and shipping. Dont see anywhere I could leave a picture but I video as well as took pictures of this disgusting display. Do not order.Touchstone Essentials

1 starThis Touchstone Essentials company has all the red flags. They have an independent website rather than oversight by ******. They have over 500 negative reviews out of 5000 and many say the product gave them bad side effects and it was very difficult to cancel automatic refills Their website made it almost impossible to read the negative reviews as they placed them after pages of positives. Their positive reviews are not verified as real purchasers by independent oversight. My family member now developed liver issues after months on this product. We are so worried whether this caused it. No cautions on bottle.Touchstone Essentials

1 starEffected my 5y old son he vomited the first night in his sleep 4x we took less than the recommended dose too. Theyre advertising a higher dose for kids when I think thats not right, naturalzeo is another brand that sells zeolite ************** dosing is way lower than this, I want to continue but Im not sure because my son looks sick since I started and last gave it to him. 1 starHorrible service. My first attempt at placing an order with a promo code, I was somehow denied access to log into my account nor receive a product. I emailed them asking about my issue and no help. Because I was so desperate to try their product I tried with a different email and was finally able to put my order in. At 4am the next day I received an email that my order was cancelled and again, could not log into my account. I emailed and they keep telling me that I have placed and received orders to my address. They gave me an email and name that is not mine , and said I ordered in a month and year that I was not even living at my current apartment yet. I let them know that it was an apartment complex that Im living in, and that it was not me ordering or receiving at that address.After much frustration they keep running around in circles with the same excuse I have seen all around these reviews. 1 starI order the Fulvic minerals and the zeolite, I like it so much that I told a family member and she wanted to try it. She signed up to get a promo bottle for $10 and $13, Used my address so that she would get it and I let her use my card because she did have the money right then to order her bottles. Order went through and 3 days later she check the status, the touchstone essential canceled her order and her account along with they cancelled my account. All because I let her use my card. Company told me that we were not allowed to order anymore. I give this to my dog to help him and now what do I do. THIS IS VERY UPSETTINGTouchstone Essentials

The promotion rules are clearly stated on the website and note that they are limited to limited to one per address, account, and household. We clarified this in a phone call with you on July 23, however after doing so, additional accounts were still created. Our system flags multiple accounts when they appear to be created to bypass the promotion rules. Because there were four accounts, the accounts were closed, and any orders that were placed were canceled and refunded. Subsequently, on July 29, we informed you that your accounts had been closed and why.
