    What an exemplary company Touchstone Essentials is! I have been ordering their products since the company began in 2012 and I continue to be extremely impressed with the corporate team's unwavering commitment to providing the highest quality and most efficacious product line available. Additionally, throughout the last eleven years, Touchstone's customer support team has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful every time I have needed assistance. I also greatly appreciate Touchstone's desire to be as sustainable as possible in all aspects of their business from the organic farms they choose to the packaging they use. I am forever grateful for the stellar products and the exceptional people of Touchstone Essentials and the positive impact they have had and will have on my life, the lives of countless others, and the world we share.

    I've been ordering from Touchstone for 9 years. Best products and customer service on the market by far! They don't take short cuts and they solve any issues immediately.

    I did not sign up to this company to dropship products to me. I wanted to try the product first. They are sending me products now and charging my bank account without my knowledge. I have waited online to speak to a representative and have been unable as they will not answer calls due to heavy volume. Please be careful of this company. I ordered under a trusted person **** ****** and will now alert him that this has happened to me and others need to beware!!!

    Dear Ms. ********, we received your email on 2/22/2023 at 1:08 pm and promptly replied at 1:14 pm. We indicated the following:
    Your February 20th auto-ship order ******* had already shipped, but we indicated that we would be happy to refund you immediately upon receipt and processing of your returned order or upon **** Tracking showing that the order has been refused. Please note: the $50 off PBX promo you in January required a monthly subscription to get the discount off the first bottle. An email was sent to you the day after to confirm the subscription and confirm the 2/20 subscription order date (the email was attached to our response), and return/refund instructions were included, as well as promo details.

    Yes! I appreciate you canceling any future orders. I am in ******** helping with a very ill granddaughter and as soon as I get back to *** ******* on 15 March I will send product straight back unopened.

    I subscribed to receive products from this company. After the first order I did not see improvement. Second order arrived and was held at my local post office. I communicate with the Touchstone Essentials via email and informed them of my request to suspend and cancelled the order received. As per online instructions if order is unopened and arrived via **** you should refused and take it back to ****. Order never left the post office and was refused at time of pickup. I notified the company order will be refused at post office. No additional information was provided by ******* Order was returned and received by Touchstone essentials. Tracking number confirmed it was accepted. Original tracking was used since it was refused. Tracking number confirmed it was received by Touchstone Essentials warehouse. I provided adequate time frame for refund, which never took place. I establish dispute with credit card. Touchstone Essentials contact me via telephone threaten me that the dispute will affect my credit.
    Their goal was for the dispute to be closed and after it finalized with the bank if within the time frame they will refund my account. My conversation with ******, she stated they attempted to refund my account, but financial institution refused the refund. Information which the bank denied. Touchstone Essentials never attempted to refund my credit card. Unfortunately my financial institution did not decided in my favor due to false information provided by Touchstone Essentials. Information provided to my financial institution was nothing similar to what was provided online. Fabrication of information that was never provided in writing or verbal. The company kept both my money and the product. Beware of doing business with this company, extremely dishonest.

    We are sorry to hear Ms. ****** is unhappy with the timeline of her return. Our goal was to return Ms. ******'s money and keep our customers happy. Ms. ****** stated that she disputed the charge because of the time it took to process her refund. She was told that it takes 3-5 days to process once received at the warehouse and another 5-7 days to see her refund on her credit card. These timelines are out of our control. When she didn't get the refund according to her own timeline she filed a dispute. We cannot refund money once a dispute is filed. We contacted her to let her know how this worked and to try to get her refund to her. She agreed to cancel the dispute but the next day she changed her mind and had decided not to cancel the dispute. We are sorry that she is unhappy but we tried several times to get the refund to her but she refused our help. There was nothing more we could do.

    After dispute was established and I spoke to ******, I through of working with the merchant. However they stated they attempted to refund my credit card and it was refused by ******** ****. Even after I terminated the dispute they will wait until the credit card finalized the dispute. ****** stated it could take up to 3 months. After speaking with ******** they stated Touchstone essentials never attempted to refund my account. After the information provided by ****** and ******** I decided to continue with my dispute. After dishonesty from Touchstone Essentials it was best to continue with my financial institution. Touchstone Essentials never contact me after I spoke to ******. Automated emails is not a method of communication. Not only did they kept the product and money, but I was also intimidated by stating the dispute will affect my credit and relation with financial institution. Real scammers and thieves. If they had the intention of working with me, a refund should had been issued. Products were returned and accepted in warehouse, and on top of that they kept the money.

    TOUCHSTONE ESSENTIALS placed an UNAUTHORIZED charge on my credit card! After being unable to reach them TWICE via their automated website phone #, I sent an email, asking WHY this charge was on my credit card bill! I received NO response.
    A week later I spoke to the FRAUD department of my credit card, and was told that the charge had been removed. What kind of "reputable" company places a BOGUS charge on anyone's credit card???
    Better think TWICE before getting involved with TOUCHSTONE ESSENTIALS!

    Summary: Ms. ******* contacted Touchstone Essentials on December 15, 2022, at 5:25 pm by email to ask about the $19.95 Membership fee charge. Touchstone Essentials responded on December 16, 2022, 4:41 am by email that the fee was a Membership fee and the fee was refunded. Ms. ******* did not see the response and contacted Touchstone again on 12/22/2022 at 1:07 pm to advise she had contacted her card’s fraud department and contacted BBB to submit a review. Touchstone responded eight minutes later to try to clear up the confusion and again advise of the refund, but Ms. ******* was not receptive. Touchstone reached out by phone on 12/23/2022 at 10:52 am and left a voicemail message trying to clear up the misunderstanding, and via email. Ms. ******* responded on 12/23/2022 6:00 pm not to call her again; she was not interested in discussing the issue.

    I ordered a product from them on December 7th, it is December 21st and no product. It says it was delivered on December 12th and it was not. Packages do not go missing or are not stolen from our building. I emailed them and they said check with my neighbors and wait another 5 days to see if the delivery carrier finds it and delivers it late (even though tracking says it was delivered). I asked my neighbors and nothing, so I emailed them after 5 days and they said its possible that they marked it delivered but didn't deliver it? and that 99.99% of these turn up within 5 days. I explained that it has already been 5 days. No response, and they were rude in their response, almost mocking and being sarcastic. I said that I didn't think it was going to magically appear because we dont have delivery issues so this must be an actual issue. They responded saying it will "MAGICALLY APPEAR". One business owner to another, keep your emotions out of it, don't be sensitive, the customer is always right and in this case they are! I just want the product I paid for. Funny this is my doctor recommended this stuff and said I need to take it for a minimum of 6 months and as planning to purchase it from them for the next six months which would equate to roughly $500 spent with them but at this point I doubt I will be purchasing it from them. I just want what I paid for. Order #*******

    We are sorry to hear that Mr. ****** is unhappy with our service. We always strive to keep our customers happy. However, there are some untruths to his review. Here is our response to his first email:
    Hi *******, 
    Please check with your neighbors and other household members. It's possible the post office delivered your order to the wrong mailbox/home. It's possible they marked it delivered but have not yet delivered the package. 99.99% of these will turn up within about 5 business days. If your package does not show up within this timeframe, please let us know.
    We are surprised to hear that Mr. ****** has given us a bad review because we offered to give him a refund but he asked for a replacement to be sent. We happily obliged. We hope that his order makes it there in a timely manner and that he is happy with our products.
