  customer service took 8 days to respond to my ticket which resulted in a lot of extra confusion and frustration. upon getting them to see the issue, they said they would reship an order that had been returned to their warehouse by **** as a "one time courtesy" . well then what would happen if my order got returned for some reason again? i just lose the whole sum of money no matter how much the order costs? that makes no sense. i didn't care if they refunded or reshipped or even charged a shipping fee to reship, but 1)waiting 8 days to respond and then doing so incorrectly because so much time has passed my message about my "most recent order" is not accurate any longer, 2)acting like either is a giant favor and 3)scolding me about correct addresses, when it WAS correct, the **** was just being overprotective and had delivered other mail to that address for me, is lame.

  Hi *****! Thank you for this review, and we apologize for the confusion regarding the delivery of your order. We received an email from you after Support hours on September 12th letting us know that your most recent order had been returned to us by **** stating "Addressee Unknown" because you did not let **** know that you were living at another address. A member of our Support team responded on September 20th, 5 business days later. We aim to respond to customer emails within 3 business days, but we have had a high email volume lately, and for that, we apologize. We are happy to send a replacement when customers forget to update their address with ****, but that does cost us extra shipping charges (we offer free shipping for customers on many orders, including yours, but we do still have to pay to ship those). For this reason, we have to limit how many replacement orders we send per customer when the address issue is not on us. Again, we do apologize for the delay in responding to your email, and we apologize that your experience with our Support Team was not what you hoped for. Please feel free to contact us directly if you'd like to provide additional feedback.

  This company took my money and then flagged me as a scammer, blocking my account and refusing to ship any products. I was told my order was automatically flagged by their system but even after providing ID and speaking to several employees they were all very unwilling to help. It took me MONTHS to get my money back only through contacting the credit card company to file a chargeback. I definitely DO NOT recommend. Even if the products are amazing, the horrendous customer service and policies do not make it worth it.

  Hi *****. Unfortunately your order was flagged in our system with several fraud markers, and we were unable to process your order. Several members of our Support team did speak with you and advised you to reach out to your credit card company. I apologize that you were dissatisfied with the way our team handled your situation; we take fraud and attempted fraud very seriously for the safety of our customers, and when an order is flagged as fraudulent, there is not much we can do but tell you to speak with your credit card company about your account.

  They did not send me the product ordered . But they marked it as shipped and delivered . They stated they would be sending out the correct item yet never did .

Were making every effort to rush the next batch into our distribution center, and we now expect to resume shipping on Tuesday, July 18th. If you had other items on your order, those might have shipped separately - therefore showing delivered. All customers affected by this backorder were emailed with information about the backorder as well as a discount code for their next order, but sometimes our emails go to a spam folder, so you may have missed it. Our Support team will be happy to reach out to you with this code. Were sincerely sorry for this delay, and as soon as the new inventory arrives, well send it your way. Thank you for your patience.

  I have been so impressed with Touchstone Essentials as a company based on integrity, unwavering dedication to helping people maintain and even improve their health, and compassion for our ever growing challenge with health. I've been ordering these plant based whole food products since 2013. Not only are their products clean, they help me bridge the gap in feeding my body well. The order process is simple with a website that is easy to navigate. Their customer service team is professional, polite, knowledgeable and swift to respond to calls and questions. I've not had a more pleasant interaction with a company that looks to do the right thing! There a couple of outstanding products that provide me with simple solutions and taste great, Supergreen Juice and Organic Super Protein! Touchstone Essentials products are a staple in my healthcare maintenance routine! I'm unable to imagine life without Touchstone Essentials!
