    Ordering was easy - just have your vin number and other important info at hand. It arrived in less than 7 days which helps our business *********************. Packaged very well allowing us to reuse the packing to return the core. Simple plug and play after confirming circuits (no shorts) it worked like new. All monitors but one set within 3 drive cycles allowing us to take the vehicle to the State ****** test lanes for a pass making our customer very happy. Return label provided with instructions easy to follow. Oh - one nice thing is prior to purchase I had a question and their phone lines were backed up so I was given a text number. I texted them and within 15 minutes had an response. Awesome customer service and quality product I recommend them and will use them again.

    On site says ships in 3 to 5 days. That's shipping yes. But they don't say you have to wait 1 or 2 weeks before they ship it out. Very confusing.

    Received my order but the truck will not start with the new ecm, put the old one back in and it at least starts. I have an email in to try to get this remedied but no response yet. I will review again when this is remedied.

    I received PCM on Friday 9/22/23. I installed it but the car won't start. Eng turns. Battery has been charged and checked out good.Any advice?

    I guess it is ok, but when we got it. It did the same thing cranked but wouldn't start. Don't know.
