    Well this is what I think. When I plugged in the refurbished ECM Car Computers sent me and my Dodge Dakota fired up instantly and has been running like a dream since I received it yesterday, I knew then that I dealt with the right company. I was so thrilled and impressed with the positive result. I will definitely recommend your company to all my friends and family if they ever need your services. Thank you so much Car Computer Exchange. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give you the maximum, I can't describe how happy I am.

    I got dash lights but no crank i will try again tomorrow. it starts with the old PCM Justs shuts down.

    I am a repair facility. Ordered a computer and was sent a defective unit. The Remanufactured PCM instantly threw codes that the original never had. Called tech support and the wanted me to pay return shipping for a product they sent me that was defective. I will no longer do business with this company. Recommend going somewhere else for your computer needs.

    Key programming was required, truck still doesn't start and it would start with old PCM so?

    This company made my lift a whole lite easier and less stressful! My local dealership wanted to charge a fortune to order the part, then wanted to charge an additional $100 to program the part for my vehicle. My step dad; which is also a mechanic, found this company and had me order the part. It was plug and play ready! My car is now fixed and I'm very thankful for the great service from this company! Everyone was very nice!

    Due to the hurricane ****** I am not going to be able to have the mechanic install my PCM/ECM by your 7 day to send my old one back to you. Please allow me more than the 7 day to have it done. Thank you *****************

    Not real happy so far. Now my Durango has stalled after about an hour of running at idel and not restarting. It will fire for a second, exhaust smells of bad engine timing and back fires. These are new symptoms. No codes are showing.
