    I NEED ANOTHER ECM THIS ONE IS SAYING I HAVE TWO BAD ***** AND THE *** WON'T START UNLESS THOSE 2 ARE UN PLUGED IT'S NOT THE ***** OR WIRING I CAN'T GET THROUGH ON PHONE AND I'M WAITING ON A TEXT FROM OVER 1 AND A 1/2 HRS. AGO I NEED ANSWERS PLEASE E-MAIL TEXT OR CALL 21SIX-FOUR09-59ONE9

    tested everything on the list and even other things not on the list all rested as good no shorts anyplace in the system. I installed a new part and it runs fine now

    Placed an order for reprograming my ECM. I bought my own, I had the bad one removed from my ************* GL450, I called car computer exchange, they said they can reprogram and have my unit back to me within 10 days of arrival. Around noon I gave my CC info, within seconds the money flew out of my account in the amount of $****** which included shipping to and from. I was told that within an hour I will receive an email with the shipping label. ******* passed, two, i called back they said it will come by end of day, this was on a Friday. I called back again just before they closed, they said to call back to tomorrow Sar. I asked if open, they said yes although online said closed. So I called Sar, wow what a surprise, CLOSED, and from then on it became a chase, i kept calling back the following week, multiple times, where is the shipping label so I can send my unit out... nothing but runaround. Finally a week later, I asked for a full refund, they said OK. Will take 7 to 10 BUSIENSS DAYS, ITS BEEN NOW OVER TWO MONTHS AND NOTHING BUT BULLSH*T. No returned calls, no replies to email requests for refund, called over60 times, sometimes i would get someone, but put on hold then hung up. Filing a lawsuit against them. Contacting State attorney to report Fraud - STOLE MONEY, NO SERVICES EVER RENDERED FOR ******. THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY FRAUD FRAUD SCAM SCAM RUN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAMMER

    Ordered pcm on ***** within 5 min my card was charged and told I would receive within 7 days. On **** on the 3rd call after being told the unit was being"tested" I get told they have yet to source a unit. I'm told on 0**** that I would have a refund with 72 hours. On ***** after no returned call, I finally get someone on the phone and she says they ran the return on **** not **** and that it takes **** days. On ***** I have no pending info or anything in relation to any refund. Then I'm told by the same extremely rude employee that my return was issued on ***** and that the account was closed, and in her words it was no her problem anymore. This is the worst excuse of a part supplier I've ever seen. They have zero customer service or competency.

    It did not have any changes to the **** It was the same codes that was there before rebuild. Returned for warranty repair.

    Very polite, helpful, and supper easy to contact them and ask questions , new unit looked very well done for a refurbished PCM, part was shiped quickly and on time

    I send in my **** jeep grand Cherokee 5.7 PCM to get repaired and payed it up front they send it back with no paperwork or receipt.when I finally got a hold of someone they said it can't be repaired they never open it or attempted to repair it and it's been well over a month and they have refund my card.I try several attempts to resolve this and I was gave the run around

    Purchased a Pcm replacement from them a while back. *** Failed Recently. I sent back to them and They Told Me "3-5 Business Days to Receive Replacement". It's Been Almost a Month. They Keep Sending Me the Exact Same Msg [Today Included] Stating "***** hrs it will be sent". It's Been 144hrs since Exact Same Msg Was Sent for the 3rd Time. Worst Part is that it's the *** to My Only Form Of Transportation. 2nd Worst Part Is I Can't Even Go Thru Another Provider Because They Won't Even Send Me Back My Core/Property to Then Use as a Core for Another Provider/*** Repair. Lies Is All I Have Been Told. They Either Repsond with (What Seems To Be a Automated Response) or they Don't Respond at all. I strongly advise anyone from Taking a Chance *****************
