      Breach of Service. Deceptive Business practices .GFI was paid to pick up trash once a week and has not provided service as promised. That was paid in advance. On April 11 no service as promised and paid for. Again on April 18 no services provided. Company text messaged me saying pickup would be delayed from April 18 to April 19 however on April 19 no service was provided again. This has now resulting in unsanitary conditions due to GFI lack of providing the service of garbage collection the company was payed for in advance of providing this service. .

      On October 16, 2023 I started service with GFL and cancelled later that day. They said I would receive a refund in 6 to 8 weeks for $65.54. I waited 8 weeks and called, they had the wrong address but would send out a new check (they lied) I waited 8 weeks and no check. I finally spoke to a manager who emailed me with assurances that the address was finally corrected and that a check would be sent out asap. It's been 8 weeks and no check and the manager hasn't responded to my emails.

      GFL environmental took over contracts from Waste management in ************************************************ 2022 which i did not. The company has some sort of 6 month penalty fee for "early cancellation". I did not sign a contract and they are holding me hostage to get out of their contract. These are hostile business practices enacted by the company to stop customers from leaving.

      I am rejecting this response because:  The Business has not resolved the issue to my satisfaction and is pressing forward with charging me a punitive amount to exit their service.  I did however get the contract they spoke of from an account representative and it was something that i was not aware of at the time. There was fine print about a 5 year term. However the contract rate is much lower than what i am paying today and the company continues to increase fees and base rate with no end in sight. Additionally, the primary cause for concern was the poor service of missed pickups and lack of followup from the support team and local reps.  It was not until i decided to cancel did i even hear from an account rep and district manager.  Overall I am not happy with the poor service , missed pickups and being lied to by customer service reps about when my pickup will take place.

      I canceled **************** a few years ago. They were supposed to send me a refund check a long time ago. They finally sent a check for $44.94 but they are so incompetent they put the wrong name. The name should be ******************, not CHERYLALBERTO. I would like a new check with the correct name and then I would never like to hear from these incorrigible idiots ever again. Thank you, ****

      I cancelled services with the vendor , GFL, and they picked up my trash cans in January. They recently bought out a company that serviced my home. They did not adjust my invoice for services not provided due to them picking up my cans in January for January * March services. They left a balance on my account for 2 months of services. They said they would not adjust my balance. They confirmed they were not servicing my account in February * March. They did not return cans to continue services paid for. They did not provide services as described by the invoice. I attempted to resolve at least 7 times dated below. Final attempt on 02/23 to resolve and they did not contact me back as promised by a supervisor. To add on to the lack of support and lack of attention to detail, they continue to call me ****** vs *****.       On March 17th we had a horrible hail storm. My garbage bin suffered damage. I called **** on March 20th and spoke to ******* who told me she would call me back with a date for replacement. She never called. I called again on the 26th and was told it was replaced on the 25th. I was home all day and checked our security cameras and no one from GFL came down our street. ******** then told me it would be replaced on Wednesday April 3rd. It was not so I called and spoke to ******* who said it will be delivered by 7 pm. It was not. I called again on April 4th and asked to speak to a supervisor. ******** told me she would send an email to the supervisor and she would call me back. I have not received a call. This is becoming a full-time job just to get a replacement. I would really appreciate if someone could get this company to do what they say they are going to do. Thank you.

      GFL has failed to pick up our trash for the last 4 weeks. My husband and I have both called them. Each time they confirm that our account is in good standing and tell us they will send someone out to pick up the trash can. Someone came only one time and that was not until Tuesday of the following week. Our collection day is Thursday. We have been given credits for the weeks we were not picked up, but I dont want credits. I want the service Im paying for. My neighbors cans are being picked up and mine is placed at the curb across the street from my neighbor's in the same location we have been placing it for the 5 years weve lived here. Each time I call, the people I talk to are kind and understanding, but nothing happens. They promise someone will come, but no one does. I cant understand why the trash truck just leaves my trash when they are obviously coming to my neighborhood and can see my can right across from my neighbors. Please get someone to come and provide me with trash service.

      I had a 5 year agreement with Gfl environmental and it just ended in march 2024, I can to an agreement with a different company and I want them to pick up their dumpster so I can arrange the new company to drop off their dumpster and I have been calling for 3 weeks, I talk to someone every time and they always say the same thing, someone will call you and no one ever calls

      I recently cancelled my service with GFL. I was told via email from GFL that on March 25th, GFL would pick up my last day of Trash and schedule a time for the Trash Container to be picked up later in the week. Instead, they dumped my trash out in my driveway and took the container? I was paid up for all of March? This was extremely rude and unprofessional. This driver should be reprimanded for his unprofessionalism!

      We are paying for services that we are not receiving! We have had Three missed Schduled pick *** .in a row. Last Thursday March 21st we were missed again. I keep calling and they tell me that the driver marked us as our recycle can was not out. It has been each and every time. I called yesterday March 25th to see if we were scheduled for a missed Pickup and was told yes that they would pick our can up yesterday. They did not and our can is still sitting down there full. I have called 4 times and asked to talk to a supervisor and was told they were unavailable and someone would call me back between 24 and 48 hours. No one has called. I can't even find out why they are constantly missing us.
