*** was hired by consumers energy to be on site where my boat had stopped in oscoda ********. We told them the gas tank was empty and there was only just the oil in the Chrysler plants engine. The first two days that they were there there were so many people with them and big tanker trucks I believe it was way Overkill on that. But the problem is is that they claim they continue to return putting boom in day after day $3,000 $6,000 $7,000 worth of boom to soak up oil when there was no oil and I have plenty of witnesses to say that there was never any boom in that River after the boat was taken out and they never returned because we were there everyday and also people have letters saying that they never saw boom in that River going back and forth to work every single day after the boat was taken out so that bill minus the first little part of it is all fraudulent and they were also charging as per diem on there for workers and all kinds of stuff. It is very bogus and there would be no reason to ever put boom out there first of all it's a river and anything that would have been there would have been gone. April 8th is when they charged $7,000 for boom and that's almost a month after the boat was out of the river. The day they were going to pull the boat out of the river the fireman drilled holes all around my boat and said that there was no Sheen and the original boom barely had anything on it that it soaked up out of the water. So this bill is not old and I'm having to go to court for it by my township. The bill was forwarded to me from consumers energy and once we looked at it we realized right away how fraud it was and I immediately wrote back to their attorney at consumers and told them my feelings on that and that they had never returned to my property minus one time.Business Response

Subject: Dispute of Unauthorized Billing and Request for Service Discontinuation Dear GFL Environmental Customer Service,I am writing to formally dispute the recent bill you have sent to a debt collector regarding a service that I did not receive and for which I have no contractual obligation. According to **** cancellation policy, accounts are not typically prorated when a cancellation is requested during an active billing cycle. However, in this instance, the customers account was prorated as an exception. The current billing cycle runs from July to December 2025, and the final outstanding balance of $35.23 covers service provided from July 1 to August 8. It has been 3 weeks and my trash has not been picked up. I called the ********** 4 times, each time I have been told a pickup has been scheduled. and each time no one showed up. I was told by the customer service **** as long as the trash is in a bag and the trash can is not over flowing the trash men should pick up the trash. I have an agreement with GFL Environmental for a 2 yard dumpster, to be picked up weekly. GFL Environmental has not picked up this dumpster for a month now while still billing me for service. GFL Environmental claims they do not have access to the dumpster because road construction. However, an identical dumpster provided by a different company placed right next to the *** dumpster is getting regular pickups without any issue. The road construction is on the opposite side of the road that the dumpster is placed on. GFL Environmental also has not responded to my multiple requests to cancel their service. While on the phone with GFL Environmental, they refuse to give me the phone number of an account representative or connect me through to an account representative.Business Response

Location of Code Violation City Ordinance ********** section 10-224(8) (11)GFL was here at 0247 emptying trash. Below is a copy of my last request #******** (via click fix to code enforcement officer). It seems *** has no respect for people's sleep. I will be submitting a report with this information to have them blacklisted from post, and asking for your assistance to help the community. I have photos and videos of the events proving time and location upon request. I would also like to push this up to the mayor, if you can advise how to do that.I am submitting this complaint to address ongoing early morning trash collection occurring between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. in a residential area of ***********, **. Upon review of City Ordinance **********, this activity appears to be in violation of Section 10-224(8)(11), which prohibits refuse collection vehicles from operating in residential zones between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 ****** addition to the restricted hours violation, the noise generated by these vehicles regularly exceeds the permissible residential noise levels defined in Section 10-224(3)(1)(b), which limits nighttime noise to 65 dB(A) for continuous sound and 80 dB(A) for impulsive sound. ************* shows that garbage trucks typically emit between ***** dB during standard operations, surpassing allowable levels.I respectfully request that this issue be investigated and addressed. If this matter falls outside BBBs scope, I would appreciate guidance on the appropriate agency to contact. GFL charged me for a hand pickup residential work order that they did not perform. They said the lawn debris was not properly contained without ever sending me the requirements for pickup. Then they said they couldnt remove the charge since the driver had to go out to my home. Charging me for a service they didnt perform after not being clear about what needed to be done for pickup. Constant schedule delays, poor customer service, garbagemen who beep at my wife while shes working in the yard (harassment). 2.4 stars on ****** reviews.Business Response

*** Collects garbage in Wild Rose, **. Specifically in the Town of *********, **. Every Friday the *** garbage truck that speeds down our road, picks up the garbage and then backs up over 100 yards and backs into my driveway (tearing up the gravel) and then leaves.I have called the New London *** office multiple times to complain but nothing is ever done and they won't reach out to me to address my complaint.Business Response

Over the 4th of July weekend. The website posted they were not having pick *** that day due to the holiday. The following week they did not pick up. We were then 2 weeks behind in service. We called to inform them they apologized and said we will send someone out and to call if no one had been there in ***** hours. No one came we called back. They said someone internally cancelled the pick up. They said they will try to resolve the issue and they would contact us. Nothing. We submitted a web request help form. No response. We called again. Once again they said they would note the account for pick up. Nothing. Now this friday no normal pick up. We called they said they would note our account and that someone would come out. We are sitting on 3 weeks worth of trash !!!!. Please help.Business Response

My neighbors and I have consistently been notifying GFL over the past two months about how the garbage truck is leaving trash cans in the middle of the road or laying on its side. In fact, my neighbor had to go and retrieve my trash can and the neighbor across the street from her home, trash can from the road on Friday, June 25.On my way home from work on Friday, I was driving down ******************* and the trash can at *********************** was sitting halfway up on the driveway and tilted over onto the street. I noticed that it was going to fall over so I swerved to avoid hitting it and as it fell it caught my passenger side window and tore it off. This is ridiculous. I need GFL to compensate me for having to replace this side mirror.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: waiting on the review from the business. I will not close out until I receive the resolution. I encourage business to ride through ******************************* on a Friday afternoon to see trash cans in the road, completely on their sides, tipping over, and upside down. It was this way last Friday. My neighbor states that it looks like a new crew. I need to be reimbursed for my passenside mirror
