      My garbage bin I put 2 in the road for the regular pick up second week know he only take one so know the garbage over flowing for the pass 2 weeks we pay for the service thru the city and the cat braking bags is a mess of garbage in front of house what going on you guys dont get out the truck like the north and still leave bins full of garbage know is full of magets and if they need video I will up load them

      I was driving in ********, ** just before 10AM on 01/20/2025 and I was on ********** and a driver was was backing out of the church parking lot at the corner of ********************************** and didnt stop and continued to back into the road even after honking the horn repeatedly, my only option then was to drive into the wrong lane. This is unacceptable to have a driver that does not look around and pay attention to their surroundings. I tried to reach customer service to report this and I was transferred 4 times and sent to a voicemail so my only immediate option is to contact law enforcement to report this reckless driving.

      On 12/19/2024 I paid for a year in advance for weekly trash pick up. My trash was picked up on 12/24. After this, for 20 days I had to call every single day, as we were not picked up on specified day and each time I was told someone was dispatched.Finally on January 13th my trash was picked up for the second time. After speaking to a supervisor; I was told I would be picked up again on 1/16 and every Thursday from here on out. Again, I paid in advance for every single week pick up and they missed 3 weeks. Now again on 1/16/2025 I was not picked up! And now again, *** got to use my time and call tomorrow for no reason at all as calling does absolutely no good and I get told someone is coming to no one showing up!We were told on 1/13/2025 an extra work order was in for our address so we would not be missed but we were still not picked up and missed again. Their words mean nothing at this point!If my trash cannot be picked up every week on the day they assigned and they took on business they cannot fill; I expect a full refund to my debit card. As at this point, it would be a stretch to think they could issue a check when they cant even fulfill an order that was paid in full!I called every day 5 days in a row and was told each day that it was dispatched to end up each day without pick up.I am a local business owner myself and at this time, Ive spent so much time on hold and speaking to gfl, they need to start paying me for my time.All that is expected; is my trash is picked up weekly. As again, I paid in advance for this service!

      They took my $72.15 for services at my home. They are refusing to bring my two trash cans so I can begin service pick up. This conversation started 12.2.24. On 1.7.25 I paid the fees and after the payment was told I could not get my cans till 2.12.25.Please I need my trash cans. The trash is pilling up. Please help.

      I pay for trash and recycling. They skip services on scheduled pickup and try to charge extra to come back to provide the services that are already paid for. This has happened multiple times and the only excuse I have ever been given was that there was a truck in the street. Every employee I have been in contact with has been either lazy or rude.

      This is my second complaint regarding this business. GFL is supposed to pick up my garbage and recycling on Mondays. For the past 5 weeks they have been picking up recycling only and not garbage. Each week we call to complain and each week they say its because of a car that is parked on the street and the driver cannot get to our home. The vehicle parked on the street is nowhere near our bins and their recycling driver has no problem providing us service. Nor does the post office, ******, ***, ***** or any other business that has a large truck. Today, I watched the driver come down our street and pick up the bins on the other side of the street. He then backed off of our street, spun the truck around and backed down our street to get the bins on my side. There are only 3 homes on my street and he picked up only 1 and then he drove off leaving mine and my next door neighbor untouched. When we call to tell them, they have suggested that we talk to the driver but he has ever called us and today we requested a call from a supervisor and they never called either. I pay $55.50 per quarter for this service that is not being done. I would like this business to honor their commitments.

      It is unlawful to charge interest for a late payment for a service which has not yet been provided. It is obvious from the invoice of pre-billed charges for up to and including March 2025, that if payment is not received by January 31st, interest will accrue at 2% per month on the full value of the invoice. However, it is unlawful to charge interest on a service which has not yet been performed, aka services in February and March.

      I paid for trash service and they have not came and got my trash at all since I got them. I have had to take my trash to the dump myself, borrow trucks, and my trash is piling up. I asked them what day was my trash day and they informed me it was Tuesdays. They haven't been there at all. I told them I wanted to cancel and they can come get their cans and the last of the trash. They refused to come and get the trash

      *** is by far the worst trash company we have dealt with in the past ten years of living at this address. There is no guarantee your trash will even be picked up weekly. We have gone almost three weeks with our entire street calling before having our trash picked up. When you pay for a service, I expect for my trash to be picked up. Company claims they have no way to mass contact its customers, but sure knows how to put a bill in the mail. There is no schedule for pick up between recycling and trash and even if it was, they're never consistent. Something needs to be done with this because I'm tired of paying a company that cares so little about its customers. A $4.41 credit does not make up for the smell of trash lingering in our neighborhood FOR WEEKS. It is not just our street either. The parallel street Pine is not having its trash picked up either. My neighbor has renters on that street and theirs have not been picked up either.
