      The shipping envelope was fine and untampered, but the box the toy came in was ripped and the circle security tape was wrinkled under the flap and under further inspection the plastic the toy is placed in looks like it was jammed into the box and crumpled..... Tempted not to use, *** already be "used". Wondering if I got a returned item.... Have had better luck. The toys are so loud!!!. Ugh.

      I ordered their own Intimate curves, did not get the discount promised, and the item stopped taking a charge. They wanted me to pay to return the defective item, but finally sent a replacement. The same thing happened. I have 2 useless vibrators in 4 months, and once again they want me to pay to return it. One of the customer service agents was rude right from the start. No thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere. You can't even leave a review for the products.

      BEWARE of their non-existent so-called customer service. Its a joke. Trying to ****************** w/them has been a waste of time. I ended up with an expensive defective product. It stopped working within about 20 days, with very little use. I have emailed them 3 times with no response at all. RUDE. Dont order anything you may as well throw away after 2 uses. I paid $70 for a vibe & got much useless free c*** Probably cheaper to stuff the boxes with their garbage free stuff instead of packing material. Thats a lot of $ for a vibe but they were $100+ at my local *** shop. It worked okay, not great for that amount of $, the first 2 or 3 times. After that, it seemed to be charging (USB charger) - the light would come on indicating it wasnt completely dead but it did not work after that. I tried different outlets of course. No luck. I contacted Adam & Eve not once, not twice, not three times, but four times now via email and one phone call and they have not even had the decency to respond. When I called, I was put on hold by customer service and nobody ever came back to the phone, hence my reason for emailing them. Give the smaller guys out there a chance to make some money and leave this big box type *** toy shop alone. They arent worth it.

      Product quality 0... GOT THAT!?!?
      Shipping time. Obsurd! I grew old....
      Free gift, whatever... thanks for the deck of cards.
      Thought I purchased a normal size "Uber Lube' got a travel size for the same price as locals normal size....
      PS the vibrator is so loud it sounds like I'm sawing a fallen tree with a chainsaw! What a turnoff

      My card was charged for $90.02 and I didn’t order anything customer support is terrible they ask for a bunch of information and then proceed to tell you to dispute it with your bank they are rude for absolutely no reason

      After placing an order on 2/5 with 2 day shipping, here I sit on 2/10 and still no product. After calling Adam and Eve as well as the delivery service, I learned A&E dropped the ball on my order. When I called to explain it was their issue, the rep became very rude. She later called back and seen where THEY dropped the ball, however there was nothing they could do. She offered a full refund, but could not give said refund in a timely manner, as the money was needed to replace the said wedding gift. Never again, I was a first time customer, and now a never again customer. I recommend you shop locally, and not from a company that seems to get off on ripping people off, and screwing them over. It took you less then 5 minutes to remove my funds when I placed the order, the least they could of done was immediately gave back my money for a product that never came on time. Trash

      I ordered a Christmas present on 12/6. Got an order confirmation. Didn’t show. I called and the rude customer service agent said my credit card was declined, I knew that wasn’t true. Foolishly, I reordered, paid freight to get it by Christmas. Didn’t show. Called tonight and they canceled that order because they don’t like my zip code. Both orders I got a confirmation email, but not a cancellation. I will never business with this scam again

      Shipping service sucks! Watched my order go from east coast to west coast twice still haven't received. Tried emailing adameve.com no response. Never again ??

      Will never use them again. Returned an unopened package because they could not cancel the order prior to shipping. Received partial refund (company policy does not return shipping and handling fees). Was not made aware of this when I inquired about returning the item. Other companies return shipping costs, so what's the exception with this place and what is the reason? Terrible company.
