      Absolutely terrible customer service. This store used to be my go-to. To the point where I had an account with my address saved on it. I had recently moved and decided to order from them again. And made the mistake of not updating my address first.
      I contacted them as soon as I realized my mistake, which did take about 6-8 hours. But my order wasn't actually shipped for another two days after that. I was told they couldn't make any changes to my order. No address change. Can't cancel it. I was told it was because they already "processed" it. They basically just shrugged and said I was out of luck.
      So not only did I pay out $200 for products I won't get. They'll be shipped to complete strangers, in a completely different state with no way to stop it.
      I have never been this humiliated by a company, their policies, and their terrible customer service. I don't have any faith anymore in their ability to handle any issues that might crop up. Save yourself the stress. Don't buy from them

      I placed an order and waited several weeks for it to arrive. When checking tracking, it was bouncing all over the US. Finally made it to my local post office but got sent back without being delivered. After being spoked to very rudely over by customer service they issued a refund but didn't give me a full refund for everything. So they pretty much stole money from me for products I never saw. I will never order from them again.

      My wife and I put in an order on 12/1 for 5 products totaling a value of $172.49. When calling the shipping company (DHL) we were met with a very good customer service rep who guided us to connect with Adam & Eve's customer service team to assist with tracking. Upon contacting the customer service team at Adam & Eve however, they rudely requested I put my wife on the phone (as she had ordered the products). The rep then continuously proceeded to act as if we were "scum" throughout the rest of the process, something I would not think would be discretionary or appropriate for the setting and nature of the call. Throughout the whole process, the customer service representative would defer that DHL had an issue with shipping and nothing was their fault without providing additional searching or basics of what any CSR rep would normally do. I felt like I was talking to a "complaint" department who was on the edge of quitting and giving up on life. I wish I would have bothered to check BBB or any other review sites before ordering, as this would have made me and my wife's decision on where to purchase much clearer.
      DO NOT ORDER FROM ADAM & EVE.
      BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
      THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR AT BEST.
      IF I COULD GIVE THIS LESS THAN 1 STAR FOR A REVIEW, I WOULD.

      This place is a joke! I placed 2 orders in the same night one was for almost $200 and I had a coupon code or it would have been close to $300. Then they sent me another coupon for 50% off one item so I said what the heck I will use that also and they flagged my account for abuse of coupons and I can never place another order from this sight using my email. So if I was you I would just buy elsewhere.
