      wasted 70$ on a product that never came couldn't get a refund, couldn't get a hold of anyone, and couldn't find out why it wouldn't just get to me. The shipping company they use has a tracker but it just stops at one location and don't show the full journey. This company is trash and I'm never ordering from them again they basically stole my money.

      Buyer Beware. **** and *** is completely irresponsible, and completely lacking in accountability. I made a simple order. That order was then canceled without my knowledge. When I inquired, I was told my bank had canceled the order. So I contacted my bank. They said No, it was approved. Even providing the approval code. So after calling **** and *** once again I was told it was a mystery they had no answer as to why my order was canceled, and made no effort to reconcile the situation. Total lack of accountability! After being connected to a supervisor I was treated as a child, as if it was somehow my fault. She was rude condescending and offered no explanation as to why or how this happened. They charged me anyway and I am now taking this issue to court. I have never, never experienced such unprofessional, irresponsible fuckery in my life. They are a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

      Horrible products and customer sevice! Products arrive and either don't work upon arrival or last for a short period of time. They make returns so difficult that it's not even worth the aggrivation. Stay away from this company!

      2 battery operated items. ******* worked when received. Now I see reviews saying same thing. Company should be shut down as a scam.

      Bought a defective product then saw dozens of reviews complaining of the same defect. The company is obviously not paying attention to reviews or returns and continues to sell low quality merchandise.

      Wasted $60 on a product just for it to stop working, and when I went to leave a review I realized theres no way to leave reviews. Their reviews look fake and their products are defective , they need to be looked into and shut down.

      Terrible joke products! The male products are for men having pencils for genitalia, absolutely no exaggeration. I have ordered three items, about ten years apart. None came close to fitting me. Totally absurd. I guess this site is actually a joke site, that some take seriously. Every product I purchased was a joke. The return process is funny, as well. I simply threw my orders in the garbage. Three strikes, I'm out! Never again!

      Horrible, incorrectly listed merchandise (recommended for oral, not safe internally), defective broken merchandise. Porous toys smell weird, maybe how they were stored? Or because non of ** were used to them and they just smell weird? Like vinegar and chemicals and idk. Super sketchy product, didn't include info we asked about before buying that rep said they don't know but should be included with the product and they'd help return if not. Support is USELESS. Despite them having multiple issues they continually ignore inquiries and just send the return policy. EVEN THOUGH WE GOT BROKEN AND MERCHANDISE LISTED INCORRECTLY THEY NEVER COVER RETURN SHIPPING. you have to pay return shipping, and they will NOT REFUND SHIPPING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.Wow. They literally don't care. 10+ emails to be offered help exchanging a broken defective product sent with the wrong part, maybe it was used. The Chinese product doesn't feel legal by ** standards? No info sent with it so support is guessing it's safe internally for oral/etc but really can't trust them. Or the manufacturer failing to provide anything but a notecard in kinda broken English saying how to use it.Sketchy af. What a scam.
