    Dear Source Receivables Management,
    This is the first i’ve heard from you, or any other company on this matter therefore, in accordance with section 809- validating debts of the fair debt collection practices act, I respectfully request you provide me, in writing, the following:
    What money you say i owe is for;
    Explain and show me how you calculated what you say i owe;
    Provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe;
    Identity the original creditor;
    Provide a verification or copy of any judgment (if applicable);
    Show me that you are licensed in my state, and provide me with your license numbers (if applicable).
    Be advised that I am fully aware of my rights under the fair debt collection practices act and the fair credit reporting act. For instance, I know that:
    You cannot add interest or fees except those allowed by the original contract and state law.
    You do not have to respond to this dispute except to tell me that you either intend to cease your collection efforts or to pursue other legal means of collecting this debt.
    Should you pursue a judgment without validating this debt, I will inform the judge and your case will be dismissed based on your failure to follow the FDCPA.
    Any attempt to collect this debt without validating it, violates the FDCPA. Be advised that I intend to record all phone calls, keep all correspondence and will not hesitate to report violations to my state attorney general , the federal trade commission and the better business bureau.
    I have disputed this debt; therefore, until validated you know your information concerning this debt is inaccurate. Thus,if you have already reported this debt to any credit-reporting agency (CRA) or credit bureau (CB) then, you must immediately inform them this debt is in dispute. Reporting information that you know to be inaccurate or failing to report information correctly violates the FCRA 1681s-2.
    If you do not own the rights to collect this debt, I demand that you immediately send a copy of this dispute letter to the original creditor that you say I owe money to so they are also aware of my dispute with this debt.
    Finally, in accordance with section 805(c) - ceasing collections of the fair debt collection act , do not contact me about this or any other matter, except by official mail and then only to advise me that your debt collection efforts are being terminated or that you are taking specific actions allowed by law.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I have reviewed the statements and documents attachment.   Sir, the signatures on the documents  that you have provided are not my signature. Please provide an original contract with all of the parties signatures including mine.

    I do not want to do business with you and yet, you are forcing me to do so. You have provided false documents that you claim I agreed to.  I dont know who you are.   You are not entitled to collect on this alledged debt you say is owed.

    Please provide me with more clarification.

    Please send me proof of change of ownership of the alleged debt and include proof of assignment for each change in ownership.  Proof of chain in ownership must be from the original creditor to the current alleged owner (your company) without any break in chain.

    Also include a full accounting history from the original creditor including the date and the amount of each payment and date of first delinquency leading to the collection status.

    If any interest or fees have been accured or been added onto the balance please send proof that such fee's are lawful and agrred upon on the original purchase agreement (with my signature).

    Proof that you are legally allowed to collect on alleged debts in the state of **********, including your Third party Debt Collection Bond.

    In addition, please send proof that you sent the legally required notices to me before reporting this alledged debt to any consumer reporting agencys. Including copies of the original notice and any letter tracking your company maintains. *** *** ******* ******** ******* makes it clear that it" debt parking without proper notice is a violation of consumer rights.

    You are attempting extortion by negatively reporting to the credit bureaus. This has and continues to cause my family hardships, such as getting denied for credit, credit cards, types of home loans, vehicles and renting apparments. Remove this from my credit report immediately or further leagl action will be utilized.

    I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Source Receivables Management for their mishandling of my credit report and their refusal to provide proper verification for an alleged debt.

    I am NOT responsible for the supposed debt with ****** that's tarnishing my credit report. I've been asking Source Receivables Management to show me some proof or the original application, but they've chosen to ignore me altogether.

    I don't have a contract with Source Receivables Management, and it's making me absolutely furious that they're messing up my credit score without showing a shred of evidence.

    I DEMAND that Source Receivables Management takes this seriously and investigates this alleged debt promptly. If they can't back it up with the original application or credible documentation, then they better remove this negative entry from my credit report immediately.

    I don’t have a contract with the agency that is trying to extort debt. This is unjustifiable harassment and this business is not BBB accredited. The records are outdated on closed consumer accounts from ****** that had a zero balance as of 2020, was suspended due to active duty orders several occurring times and they are unauthorized to collect any debt. This debt was never presented as debt in the past on a credit file by this agency and has been disputed before by others and removed from all credit bureaus. So to appear as a collateral receiver 3yrs after account was closed for a $2,981.78 is unacceptable business code conduct and the account was paid in full April of 2021 by the consumer ****** history statement. I Requested legal compliance UCC3-503, SCRA and the business refused.

    We are a third-party collections agency that was hired by ****** to collect on
    the past due balance of $2981.78 for the account ending in ****. ****** placed
    this account in our office on 11/9/2022. This account with ****** was opened on
    4/28/2016. The last payment made was on 12/29/2021 for $89.00. The email on the
    account is *********************. We
    are the third collections agency to collect on this balance. Each agency
    reports to the credit bureaus and is required to remove it once recalled by
    ******. That is why the consumer has seen the account come on and come off. A big
    portion of this balance, $1368.03, comes from equipment related charges for
    devices received from ******. This account is due and owed. Please be advised
    that this account has been updated as disputed.
