    We have received and reviewed the consumer complaint. Source
    Receivables Management is a third-party collection agency that was hired by
    ******** to collect on past due balances. This account, #********** was placed
    in our office on 7/3/2022. The consumer was notified of the debt via letter on
    7/8/2022. A fraud packet was mailed out on 8/26/2022 and was not returned. On
    10/10/2022 verification was mailed to the consumer. On 11/1/2022 the consumer
    was mailed another fraud packet. It was not returned. If the consumer believes
    this account was opened fraudulently, a fraud packet will need to be completed.
    A copy of the fraud packet is attached to this complaint.

    have attached two lease agreements signed with ******. Please keep in mind that
    Source Receivables Management is a third-party collections agency that was
    hired by ****** to collect on the debt in the amount of $1123.41.

     I am rejecting this response because: this account was removed from my credit report and put back on according to “15 Us code 1681i” subsections (5)(b)(I)If any information is deleted from a consumer’s file pursuant to subparagraph (A), the information may not be reinserted in the file by the consumer reporting agency unless the person who furnishes the information certifies that the information is complete and accurate. Also (5)(b)(ii)Notice to consumer
    If any information that has been deleted from a consumer’s file pursuant to subparagraph (A) is reinserted in the file, the consumer reporting agency shall notify theconsumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion or, if authorized by theconsumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency.

     I am rejecting this response because:




    The following alleged collection account is listed as having a PAST DUE BALANCE of $1123- This is a violation of the FCRA and is in violation of requisite METRO2 Compliant reporting standards. According to the Fair credit Reporting Act I have right to a completely accurate credit report, and you are required to remove any information that is not true, verifiable and accurate. Please IMMEDIATELY remove this account from my credit report and send me an updated report showing your compliance with all METRO2 reporting standards and this account removed upon completion.

    Also 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A section 2: it also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1692C Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt- The Fair Credit Reporting act

    Receivables Management is a third- party collections agency that was hired by ****** to collect on past due funds. Source Receivables Management does not purchase
    or own any debt. ****** placed the account ending in **** with us on 9/22/2022
    for an account that was opened on 12/13/2018. The email used to open the
    account is *********@yahoo.com. We
    have attached the installment billing contract from February of 2021 . If this account was opened fraudulently,  a fraud packet can be filled out online at ***************************************************

    I received a notice that I have a collection from SOURCE RECEIVABLES MANAG on my credit report. It says it was opened on 03/12/2022 for $1,723.00 with account number starting in ******** that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer according to the FCRA and FDCPA.

    I would like for this collection to be removed asap or I will file a CFPB and FTC report.

    Receivables Management is a third- party collections agency that was hired by ******
    to collect on past due funds. Source Receivables Management does not purchase
    or own any debt. ****** placed the account ending in 3896 with us on 3/12/2022
    for an account that was opened on 12/1/2017. A letter was mailed out informing
    the consumer of the debt in March of 2022. The account appearing on the credit
    report is in regard to this delinquent ****** account with a balance of $1723.58.

    I had an account with ****** in 2012 that was closed and turned over to collections to source receivables management. For some reason it didn’t clear with my bankruptcy filed in 2018 but it was set to roll off of collections in 2019 so I had to let it go and wait for it to fall off of my credit reports according to ***** law. Source receivable re filed the account as a new collection and it is still showing on my credit report and now shows as a new debt that won’t fall off of my credit now for another 7 plus years! I paid ****** for an entire year after no longer having the service and my phone was paid off when the account was closed. I do not owe anything else. I paid my time with this egregious error on my name and I want it removed please. Acct #********

    This company contacted me out of the blue. They did not identify the reasoning for their call. They claim they were trying to take care of what they called a personal business matter. They did not tell me how they obtained my information. The person who called was extremely disrespectful. It refused to identify themselves.

    do not own the debt. We mailed out a letter on 12/14/2022 notifying you that
    your ****** account with a balance of $117.00 was placed with us. We have also
    attempted to contact you via phone. Unfortunately, due to guidelines set by the
    FDCPA, we are unable to reveal any information unless we verify who we are
    speaking with. This includes first and last name, as well as one more piece of
    personal identifying information (address, last four of Social, year of birth).

    have received and reviewed the consumer complaint. Source Receivables
    Management is a third-party collections age**y that was hired by ******, the
    original creditor, to collect on past due funds. ****** placed the past due
    account with our age**y on 8/1/2021 with a bala**e of $488.08. This bala**e
    consists of service charges of $151.08, lease charges of $312.01 and installment
    billing charges of $24.99. The account was ca**eled on 6/30/20, which is also
    the date of last usage. The final payment made was $182.95 on 6/9/20.  We have responded to a prior complain and provided
    the consumer with validation of the debt. As a courtesy, we are providing the signed lease agreement. As the site does not allow large files, a written request may be sent in for full verification. Source Receivables Management is licensed to collect in ***** ********. Our
    ** license # is ******. The statute of limitations for ***** ******** is three
    years. The last activity date on this account is 6/30/20. Therefore, we are not
    beyond the statute of limitations. Please keep in mind that this account is
    currently being reported as disputed and will continue to be reported as
    disputed while with our office unless further information is made known.

    note that Source Receivables Management received this account from the
    creditor (******) on 2/14/2022 to collect on past due funds. Source Receivables
    Management does not own the debt. We mailed out a notice on 2/17/2022
    advising you of the account and giving you time to dispute the debt. We did not
    receive a dispute and mailed out settlement offers. In May we sent out a fraud
    packet that was not filled out and returned. Our office spoke with you and
    negotiated a settlement set for 12/17/2022.

    I have never received anything from you guys prior to you reporting it to the bureaus which if you don’t own the debt you shouldn’t report as the furnished or the creditor or lender. Even though I agreed to settle a debt I don’t no agree with because it’s invalid. I have never received a email of letter from company saying that the account would be deleted

It says it was opened on $801 for 09/05/2022 with account number starting in ******** that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for.     on past due balances. Please be advised that Source Receivables Management is a
    third-party collection agency and does not purchase or own any debt. The
    account shown on your credit report is a ******** account that was placed in
    our office for collections. Your account (******** account #*********) was
    placed in our office on 09/05/2022 for an account that was opened on 7/21/2020.
    The account was cancelled on 1/31/2021 with a final payment coming out on
    2/24/2021 for $63.16. We mailed out a letter notifying you of the debt in September
    to the address on file.

    Receivables Management does not own the debt. We mailed out a notice on 5/9/2022
    advising of the account and giving time to dispute the debt. We did not receive
    a dispute and mailed out settlement offers subsequently. The account was opened
    on 10/28/2010 and was opened until 2020. The last payment was on 10/11/2020 for
    $90.15. The email used to open the account is ***********@gmail.com. We have attached
    invoices here showing the delinquent balance.
