    Date: 10/17/2022

We have received and reviewed the consumer complaint stating that
we have this account and credit reported it without his consent and he wants us
to cease and desist and delete his account from the consumer reporting
agencies. Source Receivables Management received this account from the creditor
(******) on 08/29/2022. Source Receivables Management was hired by ****** to
collect on this account balance, however, does not own the debt. ****** is the
original and current creditor. We work on their behalf. We mailed him out a
First Notice/Validation Notice on 09/02/2022 to the address on file. This
notice advised the consumer that his account had been placed with our office
and provided his rights to both dispute the debt and/or request to us in
writing within 30 days, verification of the debt. We were not sent a written
request for verification. Please be advised the account is believed to be valid
an owed therefore we are unable to delete it from the consumer reporting
agencies while placed with our office. We will however report his account as
disputed going forward. We will also cease and desist per his request but be
advised that will not make this debt go away. Please see the attached ******
Terms and Conditions which he agreed to when activating and using ******
service. These terms and conditions allow ****** to send delinquent accounts to
third party agencies for collections. These terms and conditions also include
their privacy notice which allows these third-party agencies to credit report
on their behalf. These terms and conditions further state if one does not agree
they are not to activate and/or use their service. We hope we have helped
    resolve the consumer’s complaint. We are a professional debt collector;
however, this communication is for the sole purpose of responding to your
complaint and is NOT an attempt to collect a debt.

We have received and reviewed the consumer complaint stating
that we did not validate her debt upon her request and that she has no contract
with us, and she wants this account deleted from the consumer reporting
agencies. Source Receivables Management received this account from the

and owed. Please be advised that Source Receivables Management was hired by
****** to collect on this account balance, however, does not own the debt. We

within 30 days, verification of the debt. On 01/20/2022 we received her request
for verification in which we mailed her out verification of the debt pursuant
to FDCPA. This was mailed to her on 01/21/2022. In ******’s Terms &
Conditions it is states in the event of default ****** reserves the right to
employ a third-party collections agency. These terms & conditions are
provided to all ****** customers and are accepted with activation and use of
service. These terms and conditions further explain that if one is not in
agreeance they are not to activate and/or use ****** service. This consumer did
activate and use ****** service from 04/19/2015 through date of delinquency
which was 10/23/2020.  At this time her
account is believed to be valid and owed therefore we are unable to delete it
from the consumer reporting agencies while placed with our office. We will
however continue to report her account as disputed though. We
hope we have helped resolve the consumer’s complaint. We are a professional
debt collector; however, this communication is for the sole purpose of
