    Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:

I have never see this contract nor have I ever done business with this company. That is NOT my signature on the contract and I have not signed a contract with this company. In fact there is no signature at all. I DEMAND this be removed or I will be filing a lawsuit next against both Source Receivables Management and the Better Business Bureau for false and illegal reporting.

However, after reviewing my records, I am unable to find any documentation of any contractual relationship between (Source Receivables Management} and me which makes you a person entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me. This letter is NOT a request for verification or validation.
This is a request for proof of contract to substantiate your claim. Provide me with a certified copy of an original contract, with my signature specifically naming YOUR company as a person entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me . Certifications can be done through the presence of a notary public, who duly swears the copy made is in fact a copy of the original paper contract in question.
Failure to respond and provide strict proof of contract will constitute your tactic agreement that you, Source Receivables Management are NOT entitled to enforce a claim against me. In the event you continue your collection efforts against me without providing proof of contract, I will file a complaint with the Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission, and file a police report against you for harassment and invasion of privacy.

We have received and reviewed the consumer complaint. Source
Receivables Management is a third- party collections agency that was hired by ******
to collect on past due funds. Source Receivables Management does not purchase
or own any debt. ****** placed the account ending in **** with us on 12/5/2022
for an account that was opened on 9/5/2019. The current balance on the account
is $1629.10. The last payment on the account was for $386.48 on 10/15/2021. The
email on the account is ***********************.
The number was ported out in October. We have attached two signed lease
agreements (there are more contracts but only two are provided), as well as
invoices from January and February 2022. This does not seem to be fraud, but if
the consumer believes this is fraud then a fraud packet must be filled out. The
form can be found at **************************************************.
