Fraudulent account opened 11/26/2022 I have contacted source receivable management and have giving them police report to inform them and ******* the original creditors it was not me.

I have not been a customer with * ***** for years.
The nature of this dispute is Identity Theft I am not liable for these fraudulent charges.

My credit report took a hit of 24 points and has a derogatory mark on it because of this company. I do not owe ****** anything and the credit reporting agency’s sided with me and removed. Now this company has either bought the old account or is scamming me for $270 which I showed already that I wasn’t responsible for. I will be contact not only the credit bureaus about this. I am also contacting the consumer financial protection bureau, And ********** Dept of justice over this clear violation of my consumer rights. If this is not removed from my credit file immediately I will also be looking for damages and will pursue legal action to all agency’s involved including and up to filing a small claims suit in **********. Remove this now and save yourself a lot of trouble. I’m a man of my word and I don’t owe you or ****** anything. The only person owed now is me, For tarnishing my perfect credit report and lowering my credit score with the illegal nonsense that was taken care of years ago. This company is trying to slide by the rules, this was already taken off of my credit report and the burden is on this company to contact the credit bureaus to ask why, not me. debt. These charges are for services rendered and not for any equipment. Service on this account started on 9/17/2019.
The last payment for this account was for $100.00 on 1/10/2022. The email where
invoices were being sent to was **********************. As a courtesy, we have
requested deletion from the credit bureaus. Please allow up to 45 days for this
to be reflected. If this account is fraudulent, please fill out a fraud form

We have reviewed the consumer complaint. Source Receivables Management is a third-party collection agency that was hired by ****** to collect on past due accounts. We do not purchase or own any debt. ****** placed this account ending in **** in our office on 10/11/2022 with a balance of $1203.11. We mailed out a validation notice to the consumer a week after receiving the account in our office. We also mailed out verification of the debt as well as two fraud packets that were never completed and filled out. This account was open from 3/11/2020 until 2021. The last payment came out on 8/13/2021 for $86.39. The email on the account is ***********************. We have attached signed contracts for this account. If the consumer believes this is fraud, the fraud packets mailed out will have to be completed in order for ****** to accurately investigate the account.

I filed a police report and an ftc report as well as reported you guys to the state general office and filed a complaint with cfpb you guys put a fraudulent account on my credit and I’m going to file a lawsuit against u guys if its not removed within the next 5 business days. ****** don't even exist any more and is now with tmobile. So not only your violating my rights your aiding fraud. Whoever, during and in relation to any felony violation enumerated in subsection (c). knowingly transfer, possesses, or uses, without lawful authority, a means of identification of another person shall, in addition to the punishment provided for such felony, be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 2 years.An identification of me has been used without my permission to open several accounts that have damaged my reputation and damaged my mode of living because you furnished a consumer report without my written permission as stated by Federal Law.

received a notice that I have a collection from SOURCE RECVB on my credit report. It says it was opened on 10/14/2022 for 10/14/2022 with account number starting in ******** that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer according to the FCRA and FDCPA.

debt. This account was opened on 3/20/2009. The last payment made on the
account was for $161.18 on 1/21/2022. The email on the account is ********************. When ********
purchased ******, the billing system did not switch. So, while ******** owns
the account, the account remained a ****** account. This account was cancelled
due to non-payment. The remaining balance on the account is $670.65. Of this balance,
$235.32 comes from equipment related charges associated with the gold iPhone 8
64 GB. The rest comes from monthly recurring charges. Attached is the contract
as well as the final invoice. Please be advised that this will be reported as

that she rejects the electronic signature. According to the E-Sign Act, a
federal law passed in 2000, an electronic signature is a valid signature for records
of transactions in interstate and foreign commerce. Electronic signatures are
used by ****** as well as several other companies. If the consumer believes
this account was opened fraudulently, then the consumer can visit the below
site and complete the fraud form. Please be advised a police report will need
to be filed and attached. Furthermore, the amount reported is not $3000. The
