    made was on 11/23/2021 for $115.10. The email on the account is ******************, the same email on the
    complaint. Attached is a signed contract.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    This response is being rejected due to inaccuracies of amount being owed on the documentation that was attached. In the signed document it states the total price is $90.00 dollars owed in the complaint it stated I owed 1217.94 dollars as a past due balance. Review documentation contract that was sent from complaint with corrections. An Attached copy if is provided. Also, I am rejecting this response due to my rights as a consumer. The fact that this contract do not support that I owe a balance of $1217.94 is complete inaccurate. I have asked this company to show their proof that I owe ****** $1217.94 they provided proof of a contract for $90.00. I will like this inaccurate information deleted from credit file Immediately. The company provided me their evidence. Now is my response and evidence to why I don’t accept this response. The fact that your company stated that you were hired from ****** to collect a debt from the consumer. This is illiegal and here are the evident FACTS of the TRUTH. My rights have been violated and this is unacceptable. 

    Fact, The Truth in Lending Act is intended to inform consumers about cost of credit.

    Fact, the Truth in Lending Act is intended to protect consumers against abuse and deceit by creditors and I have been abused and deceived so be it.

    Fact, Affiant is aware and has proof in attachment labeled as exhibit A that Source  Outsourcing Recievables is in violation of 15 USC 1692.(C)(A). A debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt.

    I may have been a victim of identity theft coz when I acquired my credit report last month, I was shocked to find out that there were unknown addresses there that I never lived in, accounts that I never opened, inquiries I never made and even variations of my name such as ******** *****, ******* *****E, ******* *****E. So I have contacted the creditors to make them know of the breach but they are requesting that I fill out a full Packet to show cause in order for them to cease reporting to my credit due to this possible identity theft.     This dept collection agency is in violation of my rights as they have moved forward and with out my express permission in hand writing or in verbal context has written derogatory remarks on my my consumer report I have no contract With this agency and no connections what so ever THESE LAWS APPLY TO ALL CREDIT COLLECTION AGENCIES ALL VIOLATIONS MUST BE ANSWERED FOR 15 USC 1692 D (2) A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass oppress or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt without limiting the general application of the foregoing the following conduct is a violation of this section. (2) the use of obscene or profane language or language the natural consequence of which is to abuse the hero or reader 15 USC 1692 b Section (2) Any debt collector shall not state that such consumer owes any debt. Identify, state that he is confirming or correcting location, information concerning the consumer and only if expressly requested identify his employer not state that such consumer owes any debt not communicate with any such person more than once unless requested to do so by such persons or unless the debt collector reasonably believes that the earlier response of such person is erroneous or incomplete and that such person now has correct or complete location information not communicate by card Section (5) not use any language, symbol on any envelope, or in the contents of any communication affected by the mail or telegrams that indicate that the debt collector is in the debt collection business or that the communication relates to the collection of a debt. 15 USC 1692 C (A) COMMUNICATION with the consumer without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent authority, a debt collector may not communicate with the consumer in connection with the collection of any debt. abusive tactics there is abundant evidence of the use

    We have reviewed the consumer complaint. Source Receivables
    Management has responded to this same complaint twice via the CFPB. Firstly, we
    do not know which rights we have violated as the consumer listed several FDCPA
    regulations, which we believe we are following. his account was opened from 8/16/2021 until
    10/16/2021. Source Receivables Management is acting within its right to report
    this to the credit reporting agencies. According to the CFPB: Before a debt
    collector can report your debt to a credit reporting company, the debt
    collector must do any one of the following: § Speak with you in person about the debt, § Speak with
    you by telephone about the debt, § Mail you a letter about the debt and wait a reasonable amount of time
    (generally 14 days) for a notice that the letter wasn’t delivered, or § Send you an
    electronic communication about the debt and wait a reasonable amount of time
    (generally 14 days) for a notice that the message wasn’t delivered. If a debt
    collector sends you a validation notice about a debt, it means they have
    satisfied their requirement to contact you and, in general, can begin to report
    the debt to credit reporting companies. We mailed out validation on 5/18/2023.
    If the consumer believes that this account was opened fraudulently, then a fraud
    form will need to be filled out. This can be found at ******************************************************* We will cease communication as the consumer has requested, however, please be
    advised this will continue to be reported to the credit bureaus as we believe
    this account is due and payable.

     I am rejecting this response because: I ask for validation and verification of this dept I also ask the date when first open the date when it last closed the first payment and the last payment of this debt. I also ask for any signatures in my hand associated with this debt as I have no business dealings with source receivables management I’ve never had any contract with this company therefore, I don’t know what does that is it is not mine and does not belong to me. Source receivables management isn’t clear violation of my rights as I have given no written permission for this company to write anything on my credit report, and if you do have a signature in my hand writing that clearly states and gives permission for this company to write anything on my consumer report, I would also like that mail to my address for review, if this cannot be done and I accept this inquiry into my credit report be removed immediately

    I get multiple phone calls daily from this company from different numbers each time. Every time I answer, there is just silence and then they hang up. I’m not sure what to do about the harassment and what type of complaints I can file to stop the harassment but I’ll start here then with the FTC. I called to speak on their recorded line to stop them from calling but the guy who answered was not responsive and kept talking over me. Are they even licensed in **** to conduct business? Why call and hang up every day. Is that a new collection tactic? Does it work with other people? The harassment needs to stop now.

    MATHEW THE WHATKNOT LLC. We received this account in our office on 5/26/2023
    and have only called a total of 11 times. We do not call multiple times a day as
    that would be a violation of Regulation F. The consumer called in and told us
    to stop calling and we have not called since. **** does not require a license
    to conduct business in the state.

    I get calls every day from this company and when I answer, they hang up. I have blocked their numbers and they call from other numbers. To say they have only called 11 times is a huge lie. Maybe they don’t know that when they call, their name shows up on my phone. I need them to stop calling. I asked them to send what they need to send in the mail and they refused. Stop harassing me please.

    On June 8th 2023, I answered a call from Cynthia at source receivables management. She was very rude and condescending when I asked her for an email or letter of “promise to remove debt” before submitting a payment. She denied this request and accused me of making excuses to avoid payment. I then asked to speak to her supervisor. She claimed her supervisor Ron would not take the call and I would have to deal with her. I then ended the call. I tried to call back and speak with someone else. However the two times I called back, each representative I spoke with would confirm my identity then immediately transfer me back to Cynthia without saying a word. To which each of those calls, I was hung up on when transferred. I called a third time and before confirming my identity with them. I explained that I did not want to be transferred to Cynthia and I just called to request the account number. To which the representative Megan claimed she had no access to. I asked Megan if I could speak with a supervisor so they could override and access my account. She very rudely denied my request and said there was no going around the fact that Cynthia had to take my call and hung up. How are you supposed to settle any debt when this companies representatives are completely rude and unaccommodating.

    collect on the past due balance of $460.06 for the account ending in ****. We do
    not purchase or own any debt. We apologize for the frustration in the calls. We
    will review the calls and address our representatives. However, we do not
    provide letters with promises prior to payment. Once a payment is made, we
    provide a receipt of payment to our consumers. That is the policy and procedure
    that we follow in our office and representatives are held to that standard.
