  I have an HVAC business that my family has ran since ****. We started a campaign back in mid 2021 and have been with Geotarget since. The results themselves are what backs them up. We will stay with them for a good while.

  We have been so happy partnering with Geotarget for our ad campaign for our school! They work within our means in every capacity - time constraints, limited budget, etc. They make updating content so easy! We have a rep who looks at our calendar and anticipates our needs for changing information in ads - we never have to reach out to ask, they always approach us first! They also use their expertise to help identify areas we may want our ad to run in! We have been very happy with Geotarget and our whole team there for almost 2 years now!

  This is my second year with GeoTarget, and they have been great at responding with edit requests for static and video ads. Their response time is one to two days at least, and they follow my direction for edit requests. If anything needs more work, they usually turn it around in a day.

  High pressure salesman "CT" was well versed in my community and tossed out key words despite being ***** miles away. He story seemed convincing and his projected results were unrealistic. He suggested ****** impressions in a specified market of less than 500. I understand the demographics as a formal ad agency principal. He was full of it and very good at closing. Beware of this organization. I played them for an hour. I'm informed, most would have taken the bait if I was not informed.

  Hi ***. I am a bit surprised by your review as you indicated our salesperson was prepared and well-versed in your community. Our salespeople do their research so that we may offer the best possible solution for your business. Unfortunately, I believe you misunderstood the reasoning behind the impression amounts. We want to deliver impressions repeatedly to a small audience to build familiarity and trust with your ideal audience. 13,000 impressions to an audience of 500 would mean your message would be seen repeatedly by this audience over the course of the campaign.

  So far I have been using them for over 3 months. Video was Subpar and during the first month they said they would send me edits to review by certain timelines and they didn't until I emailed them asking about it. I even waited a week after the claimed timeline before emailing them. This went on a few times. Then I had my first monthly meeting with someone and I told her how I wanted to change my landing page and that my last name was spelt wrong on my video titles. She also made suggestions for changes. Well 3 weeks have passed and nothing has changed. I have emailed her twice and no response. I am very disappointed in how they run things. On top of that no leads. I'm not really shocked about the leads. I didn't have the greatest expectations, but what pains me is paying a company that is doing nothing for me. Once my contract is over so are they.

  ***** and his team have been "White Glove" service with us from the start. We had to adjust and pivot our focus which was successful. The team was accomodating while filming our video as well as inserting additional content.

  I was solicited my Geotarget and was skeptical about moving forward but was assured "they were different" and I would have optimal results. The first photo shoot was disastrous. The edits were full of mistakes. It was clear that they didn't even listen to it because I repeated the same thing 3x. The apologized ordered a reshoot which was better but resulted in 4 clicks of fake people and Im not really sure they weren't made up....I asked for my money back. Of course they said no. Thank God I was smart enough to say that I owned my content or it would be all over the internet. READ THE PAPERWORK. They were using my content to get leads for their company based on my hard work and reputation. I wished they had been able to deliver what they promised but they definitely cannot at this time. Very disappointed. They should have trouble shot their product before selling it to people.

Our reporting comes directly from each of the platforms we use to market your company. As such, there are no "fake clicks." Placement reports are readily available on your dashboard as well as other important performance data. We strive to be as transparent and forthcoming with reports as possible. I again, apologize for your experience. This is not indicative of the hundreds of happy customers we currently serve.

  Absolutely horrible experience. Nothing was done correctly, the sales team made promises that the support staff had no intention of ever doing. They would charge the credit card at random times without sending an invoice to back it up.
  The white labeling service they offer is non existent. They charged $500 to put our logo on their reporting interface incorrectly. the reporting interface won't allow you to see anything but vanity metrics.
  Our account rep had zero training and couldn't ask basic questions. we were told that she would be removed, and then suddenly she was back. There would be zero communication from them unless we chased them for it.
  Horrible experience. Borderline fraudulent.

  If we could give 0 stars we would. I highly suggest not using this company for their services. They will not bring you any new leads/customers. We dealt with ********, *******, ****** and a couple of people that could not speak English very well. They promise "impressions", but how do you know those numbers are even accurate? We had several patients and friends in our town put in keywords and searched on several different platforms - nothing was found. They did an in house video that was supposed to be on *** ****. We all searched our company name on *** **** and no video could be found.I was forced to maintain the contract after explaining the poor results. I did not receive a single lead from this campaign. It was a complete waste of money. This company has no integrity!
