They have done a great job at keeping up with me on a monthly basis or whenever I have something I'd like to speak with them about. 5 starsI have partnered with Geotarget began 5 years. Geotarget services helps all of my other platforms perform at higher ROI. I take full advantage of my monthly meetings where we make adjustments to fully maximize my advertising dollars. As a business owner, it's our responsibility to manage our marketing strategies. This is not a ONE and DONE approach. My meetings range from every month to every other month. ******* is my contact person. ******* is helping me train my team member to take over this role in my business. I learn something new every time I meet with *******. 1 starI've advertised with a lot of places over the years and Geotarget is AWFUL! They promise more than what you ever get. This is the first place that did not step up and do the work they promised. I feel swindled. I had to reach out MORE than I ever got in return. EVERY TIME I had an issue they "danced" around it, told me: " give it more time", "working on it", "we're on it," I've got this", "going to check on it right away. I'll be in touch", "it's not a light switch you turn on and off", "my team is on it right now." "you'll receive a call or text soon", "you're in the lowest package we offer. If you moved up we could do more" etc. Who in their right mind would ever move up if the package they're in wasn't going anywhere? I was told their "team" was working on ads, I'd get help with FB, they would change it to both male & female etc. NOTHING ever got changed. In the past 6month, I sent several emails, called, and texted them - ONLY for me to continue to have to reach out. I was promised monthly meetings, being so swamped that I would have to move up etc. It is ALWAYS more promises than actions. I've been in business for over *****, if I ran my business this way, I would NOT be in business. They are NOT responsible, they do not follow through, they do not do the work they say/promise you, and they make so many excuses as to why I haven't done something. I'm STILL waiting right now for ******* to contact me; as she emailed she would be contacting me over 3wks ago. It's AWFUL! I don't even think they put me out there, I think it was all a game, and they took my hard earned money monthly without me seeing ANY results or them even caring or trying to help me. I had NOT a single call or email in 6 months of being with Geotarget! We're in a small community and I know several people, NO ONE has seen ANY of my ads or videos. I'm now out over $2,000++ with NOTHING to show for it. Just AWFUL!!!!!!!!!Geotarget

Please re-read the above, as none of what you said was true. I'm the one who had to continue to reach out, I never got what was promised, and I can prove everything. I've kept documentation since day one, recorded conversations from the beginning, etc. This is not my first rodeo! It's truly your loss, as I had several people wanting to know how it went for me, as they were interested in Geotarget. I will NOT be doing anymore business with Geotarget after my contract is up. You should have invested in me as I did you...this is POOR business, highly unprofessional, and uncouth to do to another person/business. Again, I feel swindled and I'm still deciding what to do about it, as I didn't pay all my hard earned money to get absolutely NOTHING from it. I did not have ONE single call, text or email from anyone and no one has seen any of my ads or video(s) either. I've been asking for months....It is SO SAD as I truly believed Geotarget was going to be the last place I ever advertised with....Review fromLiz B

1 starWhat a disaster. Two months in and we have 2 clicks to our website for a total of 11 seconds. I contacted geotarget to end our 6 month agreement and they refused despite the incredibly horrible results. Just another scam marketing company the gets you into a year long contract to make their money. Thank God I had the foresight to negotiate only a 6 month contract upfront. Possibly the worst marketing decision I have ever made and that is saying a lot. Stay far far away from this company. I should have checked the BBB first!Geotarget

However, we would like to clarify the facts surrounding your campaign.First and foremost, our company has fulfilled all obligations under our agreement and has made every reasonable effort to support you and optimize your campaign. We were not made aware of any concerns regarding your campaign until after you had already posted your negative reviews, which unfortunately did not give us an opportunity to address your issues beforehand. Despite this, we have repeatedly reached out to you to discuss performance, provide recommendations, and implement solutions.Regarding tracking discrepancies, ****** Analytics does not track ad clicksit measures users and sessions. Furthermore, privacy regulations such as the Colorado Privacy Act require user consent for tracking, which means that if visitors to your site did not accept cookies, ****** Analytics would not register their session, even though our advertising platform confirms that traffic was delivered to your site. This is an industry-wide limitation, not a failure on our part.Additionally, our team has been proactive in working with you since your campaign launched on November 13, 2024. We scheduled two dedicated meetings (November 21 and December 26) to review performance and make adjustments, including directing traffic to a landing page you provided and refining targeting parameters. We have honored every commitment and responded to every concern promptly and ***************** is also important to clarify that our advertising model is based on brand awareness and impressions, not guaranteed clicks or conversions. These terms were outlined in our agreement. While results may vary due to many external factors, we remain committed to transparency and delivering the best possible service.We have done everything in accordance with industry best practices and ethical standards. 1 starStarted our campaign with Geotarget Jan of 2024 w/a down payment. By June I got on a call with one of the team members to find out they never connected my ******* channel. 4 months had gone by and I had not seen my video nor did I receive any calls from using their marketing strategies. Fast forward to Sept, Geotarget has put me in touch with yet another "team member" because the original person and my "coordinating campaign person" are no longer with the company. That is a red flag. Today, 10/25 I have not seen my video, nor has anyone in the area. Buyer beware, I see this as a scam. I have documented this, and would highly recommend anyone looking for help in marketing to do your research. I'm a very small business and this amount of monthly payment with no return has hit hard.Geotarget
