I appreciate the guidance and support Ive received from the initial contact to my quarterly sessions with the videographer.   Our experience with GeoTarget was disappointing. Our manager was pitched for a marketing campaign that would run ads on the app of large chain store that had recently opened in the area. We signed a year contract for production of videos, stills and targeted impressions. As a very small business, it was a significant investment of time and money and we were excited about how GeoTarget could help us to grow. From signing forward, the process was disorganized, unprofessional and unacceptable. There were multiple points of contact that had invalid email addresses. The production was subcontracted to a local videographer close to two months after signing. The resulting videos were poor quality, did not represent our business and had numerous typos and editing errors.After revisions, the quality of the videos decreased. At this point, we requested a refund and termination of contract. It took several letters, phone calls with different employees to come to a resolution. We were refunded part of the investment - though it took a month and a few follow *** to actually receive it. It seems that there are employees across the country - some more respectful and helpful that others - and that there is not a clear line of communication between them.I would not recommend GeoTarget based on the quality of deliverable, customer support or professionalism. ********************** did promise that they would work to prevent this from happening in the future. I hope our review can save another small business the trouble of dealing with issues should they sign on before the points of breakdown are resolved.

  I am the owner of a ******************** in **********, ********. We have been thrilled with the campaigns created by Geotarget for our business. The exposure has been phenomenal and it's cost effective as well. The best thing is when kids come in and say that they saw themselves while on ******* or while playing a game.
