I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this company manages customer support. To begin with, the Corestore software appears incompletesome features function properly, while others do not. Despite paying $25 per month, I have not been able to utilize the system to its full potential.Until recently, I was at least able to operate the core functions; however, over the past few days, the 4473 kiosk tablet has stopped loading the required page entirely. I have contacted support via email and have not received a response. As a result, I am having to turn away customers and lose sales due to this unresolved issue.Additionally, the program is unnecessarily difficult to learn and navigate. I have been using it for three years and, unfortunately, have experienced ongoing problems since the beginning. Transitioning to another platform is particularly challenging in the firearms industry due to REMOVEDcompliance requirements and the need to maintain accurate records. That said, if I can identify a reliable system that functions properly and offers responsive support, I will seriously consider making a change.
