Absolute scammers. These people prey on normal citizens who just want to eat and shop. Awful.

I want to start off by saying that I understand that I am in the wrong here. I parked in a parking lot planning to eat there after, but just had to run across the street to grab something and was booted. but I have multiple issues with this, firstly, I was gone for 30 minutes max and I was planning to support the businesses in the area that I parked. another is how incredibly predatory this behavior is, as the My car he was watching someone walk onto the sidewalk, waiting for them to keep walking and then booted them. I feel it's incredibly distasteful business practice to be stalking people for their money. and now to the money, there wasn't a single posted sign that I saw that stated it was $250, that is an incredibly unreasonable amount of money for a parking violation in a parking lot filled with spots. I would also like to add that I was sobbing crying, and the *** thought it was to make a joke about how I'm not able to take money with me when I die (he was a very nice man my issues are not with him but the company practices). to which I responded yeah but I need to buy groceries, because $250 is more than I spend a month outside of rent. The amount of money that these people are making just in the time that I was there getting booted was over $1000 of other people with boots. I was parked directly next to the *** that was booting people, I just can't imagine being a human being and not being like hey by the way once you step onto that sidewalk, I have to charge you $250, because then I would've moved and never stepped foot anywhere near there again, what happened to warnings? what happened to actual government employees being the one to do this? This is ridiculous. I hope you ***s enjoy my money, because now I can't afford the gas to go home for Thanksgiving, so f*** you.

If I could give negative stars, I would. These guys are a complete scam and are the most money hungry people Ive ever met. They go to some pretty extreme lows to get you. You are being watched as soon as you enter the lot. Parked in a handicapped parking spot (with the tag on the mirror) of an open facility that we were going into had we not been ticketed. Was told they were closed and was given a $250 boot. The guy giving the ticket was insanely rude. Not really sure how this is even legal. We sat in the parking lot and watched the guy look into someone elses car and then drive away with no boot. Seems quite discriminatory.

I just arrived and I stopped at a firefighter line but I was inside the car and when I got out I saw that a man was near the post and I noticed that he had put a boot on my tire, and I asked him why he didn't tell me to move if I was there in the car, and he spoke to me very harshly with lack of respect, and I saw that another vehicle did tell him not to park there and I took video I asked him why he let that car go and he put his boot on my car and what he told me was pay or I'll send you to have your car towed and there it will be worse for you and I had no choice but to pay. I want this company to be charged for lack of respect to the people who are doing this work and for everyone to be equal, not because I am a woman and Latina. And it is too much money that they charged to my card, It is not fair what they do,

My car was towed and my girlfriend's car was booted from a "loading zone" outside of her residence. We had just finished unloading a 50 lb table that she uses for her small business. The loading zone was not marked as a loading zone and has no paint color changes. She lives near this "loading zone" and guests freely park there daily. After I got towed another truck and resident pulled in there and parked overnight. As I write this review, there is a ********* ********* car parked there "illegally" as well. I have pictures of the aforementioned. The towing agent ****** told my girlfriend to shut up and kept calling her sweetheart. I regret not calling the police to stop this predatory business practice. I called the towing company and politely asked if this could be remedied and they hung up on me. I work as a healthcare provider and unfortunately If I want to take this to small claims court and pursue justice I will have to cancel a half or full day of patients from my schedule.

-10 stars!!!! These are predators! I was parked in a handicap spot with my tag showing and they threatened to not release my botted car if I didnt pay $250 and sign a consent form. The ripped the first one up when I wrote on it I didnt agree with the charge!!!! This company should be ashamed of themselves but they are horrible people who pray on disabled people. I felt so scared and threatened.

SCAMMERS!!! THEIVES! WHEEL BLOCKES NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. A boot was put on both ********* son's car by Wheel Blockers on 6/29/2024 between 3:05 pm and 3:16 pm. I was participating in a community event on ************ campus. Upon my arrival at 9:00 am, I was specifically given directions by the security police officer to park in the parking deck across from the venue (**************) on the 1st level once I unloaded my car. My entire team and I were parked there the entire day with no issues. At 3:00 my son made several trips to the deck loading up the cars. On his last trip before moving the vehicles, he finds a BOOT on both our cars. He was being watched by the SCAMMERS. I had my HANDICAPPED placard clearly hanging from my mirror and I was in a regular spot because the 2 handicapped spaces were taken. They threatened to have me arrested & my car towed if I didn't pay $250 for each car ($500) to have the boots removed. I was not in violation of parking or illegally parked. I want a refund from these scammers. They sit and watch then they go in for the kill. I have a ***************** violated my rights. They ended up removing the boot well after 5 hr later. I have ******************** & will be going to the News.

You were parked on private property without authorization or required parking permit. That is parking for the retail businesses on site and not for an event across the street you were attending. Signs are clearly posted per city ordinance stating who parking is for. You should take your issue up with the event team that told you it was ok to park on someone elses property. Please follow all parking rules posted to avoid this situation.

I was towed by wheel blockers here in *********. I do realize the nature of the business, I also realize no one likes being towed of course. I used to work for my Grandfathers towing company, Im no expert but I do understand the nature of how it all works for the most part. With that being said, the ignorance behind that company is ridiculously disrespectful. I was towed out of an area that had no time limit or time specifically stated that I had to move my car or else it would be enforced. I was parked and shopping in the same plaza that I was parked in. They are widely disrespectful in the way they talk to people, especially the ones that are not disrespectful to them. I called them to see if they had my car, they didnt even answer the question and immediately said its 350, 100$ a day everyday after this, and 450$ to be able to get it right now I responded and said so is my car there before I even head that way and he said to me are you incompetent or just dumb, this is the price, are you coming tonight or tomorrow Im not going to ask again and once I got there, the guy who was to open the gate was hanging out with 4 of his friends outside of the gate drinking. So I approached and asked if he was the guy I needed to talk to, to get my car out and he said yes, so I asked him why he has to talk to people like that, and then he upcharged it another 50$ because he can Again I realize youre a towing company, but you dont have to be a bad person or rude or have a disrespectful tone/ words to people just because you work for a towing company, and to be able to charge what you want due to your own feelings is just robbery. If I parked where I shouldnt, and I was ignorant to the signs and took my chances thats a largely different story but with pictures and recipets to prove the problem, I just dont understand how youre still in business. This to me is just unreal that they get away with whatever they want as if they arent a business

What youre saying is completely false. We have no reason to be rude or disrespectful to you when we are simply doing our job. Unfortunately for our employees its the other way around when people are mad and disrespectful at us for being booted or towed. A group of 4 employees hanging outside our gate drinking as you stated sounds as ridiculous as you saying that because that would clearly not be tolerated. Please pay attention to the towing signs and follow the rules going forward to avoid your vehicle being towed.
