      Truly some of the rudest people to ever work with. I realize the mistake of my actions but not easy to work with and charging $400 for a tow is crazy. Very predatory.

      I was hung up on 3 times, these people abuse their power and all of ********* knows it. Was charged 400 dollars after they towed my car. The people of this company belong underrr the jail. I would call the police on them if i could. negative stars.

      This company needs to be investigated! Parked my car in the lot literally attached to the parking lot walked inside and asked the hostess if I could park there, she said no it wasnt their lot.. wasnt even in there for more then 2 minutes MAX came out and the guy was getting off the floor from putting a boot on. They are a predatory company that waits for you to step if the lot to boot your car. The guy was extreme rude and intimidating. This company should be shut down. They have no remorse for being scamming predators! File a police report and make a complaint because thats the only way this company will be shut down. These people are the scum of the earth.

      What a horrible scam this company is. Left my car for less than a minute to pick up my medications from the *** pharmacy and an EXTREMELY rude and intimidating employee booted my car for $250. Pretty sure he took a picture of my debit card and ID too. Do not trust this company and call the police before paying anything. This company needs to be investigated. Especially after reading the reviews about an employee carrying a gun.

      NO STARS !!!! What Happened To Asking Someone To Move Their Car Before Its Booted ??? This Company Needs To Be Shut Down !!! These Men Are Soooooo Money Hungry That They Dont Even Try To Give Out Warnings! Man Was Very Rude To Me. He Told Me I Was Rude And Yelling When I Asked Him Nicely To Take The Boot Off So I Could Move My Car. I Literally Walked In And Walked Right Back Out To Move My Car But The Boot Was Already On My Car. He Told Me $275 Because Of My Attitude. They Are Con Artist && VERY RUDE ! I Called In To Make A Complaint, They Told Me No Need To Keep Calling The Office. This Is Not A Professional Business. They Just Want Money ! His Name Was ****** ! And When I Asked For His Last Name He Told Me He Didnt Have To Give It To Me. This Business Will NEVER Flourish ! They Are Probably Struggling To Stay Afloat Because They Are NOT Doing Their Jobs The HONEST Way! SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN !

      I was not illegally parked, man snuck up with boot and then yelled and threatened me to pay the fee. I was under duress so I did, but I felt robbed!

      If I could give negative stars I would. We parked in a parking lot for some retail stores. We walked across the street to have breakfast at ****** because all the parking was full there. We took maybe 30 mins to eat and came back to go shopping at those retail stores. When we came out from shopping there was a boot on our rental car. We are here from out of town spending our money in this city and the man was literally parked right next to our vehicle that placed the boot on our car. $275 he said to take the boot off despite us going into the retailer. I asked why he didn't warn me that he would boot my vehicle and he proceeds to tell me that's not his job. I got angry as he proceeds to respond with aggressive vocabulary like telling me to go back to ***** after I told him we were here on vacation spending money on his town. Telling me he doesn't give a f*** and tells us he has a gun on him and tonget out of here before he increases the fee. Very disappointing experience. And companies like this, who hire people like him should not be operating a business that does what they do. When my wife called to file a complaint about the employee, they just hung up on her.

      Awful. Ate dinner at El Malo and went across the street after and came back to my car loaded up on a tow truck. Incredibly disappointing because all of the signs clearly say parking is for customers which I was. I didn’t think you stopped being a customer just because you leave the parking lot. The way I see it you are a customer when you spend money at an establishment and if there is a time limit on parking it should be clearly stated so the parking expectations are clear.

      This company is horrible. They prey on people and use the fact that their vehicle is in their possession against them. I parked in a lot that was supposedly okay for customers of Fat Cat businesses but apparently it wasnt. The man bullied me and told me I wouldnt be getting my car back if I didnt fix my attitude. He told me that he did feel sorry for me at first but that my attitude caused the price to continue to go up. He tried driving off while I was begging him to lower the price, threatening to call the police on me once I mentioned an attorney. I was charged my last $300. People are just trying to survive & this man got an immense amount of satisfaction bullying an ill woman into paying him her last few dollars. I hope they get shut down. I will be taking further action.

      Scum. They are con men. Charge whatever they want. Threaten women and call them out their names. Luckily I have video proof of them admitting they charge whatever they want so I will be taking them to court. Karma and God will deal with them and their ugly souls.
